We had a great two weeks at the apartment. It was perfect for our group (which ranged from 2-4 adults over the period), well-equipped and with a fantastic location. The view from the balcony of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi would be hard to tire of! Given that the valley can be busy in August it is also a surprisingly peaceful place to return to - the main sound being the rushing river outside. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Thoroughly recommended.

Everything was great - location, layout, kitchen equipment, good beds, so clean. Comms with owner excellent. Can’t recommend any higher.

Perfect, cosy mountain getaway

Everything was perfect! Clean, cosy, exactly as listed. Great location in Argentière next to restaurants/bakery, public transport, and ski lift. The host was extremely responsive and offered us lots of great suggestions for things to do during our stay. Can’t recommend enough!

Walk to lifts and town

Cozy riverside condo with amazing views of the Mont Blanc massif from the living space and bedroom. My wife and I stayed with our 16 and 18yr old boys. Well stocked kitchen. Groceries and bus a short walk away. Communication with host was excellent.

very pleasant stay

We stayed in the apartment for four nights and enjoyed it very much. It is very convenient for skiing holidays, as rental of equipment is close by, as is the skiing area. Kitchen contains all that you need for a short stay, and the apartment is large enough to house a family of five. thanks a lot for giving us this opportunity

Great ski apartment

Small but perfectly formed apartment close to ski lift, ski hire (Samos) and bakery, restaurants etc. Although small, the apartment was very well equipped with lots of clever storage ideas and cool design. Exceptional communication with Nan prior to stay and nice to meet Paul in resort who gave us lots of helpful advice. Thank you Nan we had a wonderful stay.

Weeklong stay for skiing at Least Grands Montets

I just enjoyed a great week's stay for a ski trip. We enjoyed a comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, range, Nespresso, French press, loads of plates/utensils/cups, salt/pepper, cleaning supplies), good-sized fridge/freezer, comfortable beds, and gorgeous views across the river and up to Les Grands Montets. The apartment layout is a little odd, with the toilet on the lower level (with the kitchen/living room, and the bedrooms/shower upstairs; and with the bunk room having a frosted window into the main bedroom (which has beautiful views through large windows). Ski locker was very convenient and easily fit 2 pairs of skis/poles.Small laundry machine and folding drying rack was very nice to have.Really easy checkin process, and very communicative host. I thought we didn't have enough towels, but the owner was able to respond by email telling me where the second set of towels were located within an hour or so.Small elevators (about 2 adults max), but were helpful for getting luggage in/out. First floor (2nd in US) apartment.Location was great: easy 5 minute stroll to the bottom of the gondola accessing Les Grands Montets. Similarly quick walk to the bus stop along the main road to get access to other ski areas (10 minute bus ride to Les Tours in one direction, or Flegere the other; about 20 minutes to Chamonix center). 2 bakeries and several restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. Also a ski rental right next door.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja kävelymatkan päässä hissiltä sekä todella hyvästä leipomo-kahvilasta. Huoneisto oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan ok. Talon parkkipaikka oli todella ruuhkainen ja paikkaa oli vaikea saada. Auton pystyi onneksi jättämään myös hissiaseman parkkikselle.

Die Lage ist super! 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Gondel. Ausstattung top. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, man hört das Rauschen des Flusses.

Appartement cosy, vue à couper le souffle.

Que du bonheur. Appartement fonctionnel et très bien équipé, emplacement fantastique. Recommander absolument la meilleure boulangerie d’Argentière, qui est juste à côté, l’Alpin. Tout très bien.

Bel appartement au pied du Mont-Blanc

Appartement bien équipé et décoré avec goût, belle vue sur le Mont Blanc. Très pratique pour les balades en forêt, proche du centre du village et de la gare pour aller à Chamonix. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Nous reviendrons certainement. Seul bémol : que l'on sache que le paiement se fait en livres sterling uniquement au moment du règlement.

Spectacular mountain view

Compact apt. Floor plan and solutions are very well designed. We were there two adults and three big children. The view from the balcony is spectacular and could, alone, sell this place. There is a big green communal area, great for relaxing. The kids loved the DVDs which came in handy after a long mountain hike. Argentiere has a cool vibe and everything needed. The baker next door is awesome. The tourist office helped us a lot choosing hikes. Many start within a few 100 meters, for instance the one to Lac Blanc. Public transport is free and can take you up and down the valley. We went to Chamonix one day, but soon concluded that Argentiere is much more laid-back, which fitted us better. In short the apt was a perfect match for us.

Knus appartement met fantastisch uitzicht

Gezellig en heel knus ingericht appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zelfs een gourmetstel en fonduepan, strijkplank, strijkijzer, föhn, sleetjes en een dvd-speler en heel veel dvd's. Alles was netjes schoon en fris. Onze reis ging sneller dan gedacht, maar gelukkig konden we eerder in het appartement. Kortom toplocatie met een geweldig uitzicht vanuit de woon- en slaapkamer.

Días en familia en Arentiére (Chamonix)

Apartamento con todas las comodidades (lavadora, lavavajillas,microondas, cafetera, wifi...), con unas vistas espectaculares y con comercios en las cercanías. Muy bien conectado con Chamonix centro. La comunicación con la propietaria fue excelente. Repetiríamos sin duda.
