28 sq-m studio for 4 people with balcony exposed East. Located on the third floor of the residence with lift. Lovely mountain views.

Living area with dining table, 2 single beds, storage and flat screen television.

Kitchen area: vitroceramic hobs, cooking hood, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine and all the necessary equipment.

Sleeping area with one set of bunk beds (2 persons).
Bathroom with shower and toilets.

Wifi internet access included.
Covered parking space included.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Weekly rental :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of 30€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).

Seasonal rental:
Electricity on statement, laundry, carpet shampoo and dry cleaning charged to tenants.
NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION

The residence Cybele is located at the entrance of Brides les Bains, about 500 metres from the entertainment centre and the thermal baths, in a very quiet area.
During the winter, the free bus will take you directly from the residence to the gondolas.
