This 11-story oceanfront building is located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores adjacent to the traffic free section of the beach. The Building features spacious 3-bedroom 3 bath and 3 bedroom 2 bath condos All equipped with granite countertops, Modern Whirlpool Appliances, Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Whirlpool tub in Master Bath, Balcony access from Master bedroom, Interior laundry room and more! All units include Free Wi-Fi . Building Amenities include heated oceanfront pool, Oceanfront Hot Tub, fitness room, pool table. There is secured entrance to building as well as secured underground parking for one car. Upper open parking deck is first come first serve.
Sanibel is a weekly rental building. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
