Country house located in a hamlet, between Paris and Orléans, former property of the writer Benjamin Constant. The house is located on a farm still in operation (production of cereals). You can enjoy a quiet accommodation with a private enclosed garden. Parking in the driveway of the property.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Living room with sofa and armchairs (3 steps to access it). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and induction hob (4 steps between living room/kitchen).

You have a bathroom on the ground floor with corner bath and shower, and a bathroom upstairs with walk-in shower; 2 independent toilets.

ON THE FLOOR, you have 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160x200, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90x200 (Ch n°4 opens onto the landing). You have available for babies, a cot and a changing table. Bedrooms 3 and 4 with single beds can be converted into double beds on request.

Other information: Access to the house by 3 steps. Then, access between the living room and the kitchen by 4 other steps as well. A supplement of 20€ per animal is requested. Pets are not allowed upstairs. Possibility to rent sheets and towels.
Possibility of renting sheets on site: fixed price of 32€ for the whole (notify the owners).

The organization of evening and party is prohibited in the cottage.
