It's centrally located in a safe & quiet brick paved street in a residential neighborhood, close to public transportation and a few blocks away to the Sunrunner bus that runs from downtown to the beach. Whether you're looking for a solo, family, romantic or friend’s getaway, or work remotely or doing business in the area, this house will provide you the comfort and convenience you're looking for while enjoying all that Florida has to offer.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, a front porch & a fenced backyard. Each bedroom includes a queen size bed; one is firm & one softer with pillow top. Soft, firm and memory foam pillows are available to choose from. A sofa bed is provided to accommodate a 5th and 6th guest if/when needed. Relax in the backyard hammock or sip your coffee on the front porch.
Travel cot/ pack n’ play is available on request at no additional cost.
The amenities include high speed internet with Wi-Fi and hardwire internet connection, working desk, smart TV, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, tea, mini blender, microwave, range oven, washer/ dryer in shared laundry room, books, games etc.

Please notify us if you are bringing a pet. Pet fees are $200 for 1st pet , $50 for 2nd pet. Dog only.

The Cottage is part of property with 3 units, available both together and separately. Each units has its own entrance and private fence yard. Rent the entire compound for larger groups.
