Peaceful quite neighborhood and neighbors. Very relaxing hanging out by the pool looking over the pond. I place this home amongst the top 10 of many places I've been.

Quite Neighborhood

House was very clean and in a convenient location. Backyard was large with a nice pool. The small heat pump in the master bedroom did not work well, didn’t cool enough. Rest of the house was perfect.

Short St Pete Stay

Quick trip to see fam and go to Busch Gardens. House was fine, in a working family neighborhood, mostly quiet. Would stay again.

Pool fun with friends!

Perfect space for a couples group getaway. We enjoyed the saltwater pool. Spacious kitchen, good house floor plan and enchanting small pond.

First time snowbirds

Just returned home from our stay at this wonderful property. Meet our expectations and more. Very private, plenty of room , very comfortable and Vivian is a pleasure as the property manager. Very prompt with any issue or questions. This property will not disappoint!

Great outdoor space

The house was modern, I like that there was a pool in the backyard with the house surrounding it with sliding glass doors. I really enjoyed the backyard view to a pond. I was thrilled with the room in the backyard with nice lawn to enjoy, something that is not common in FL house in the area.

Family trip

We stayed here due to its close proximity to my sister. The house was perfect for 6 adults. We had two small children with us. The sleeping spaces were perfect albeit a little tight for us since we had 2 kids. The house was clean and open. Perfect for a family gathering. My only issue was the poor water pressure in the guest bathroom. We had some slight mosquito problems the first night. Would’ve been great to have a citronella candle on hand! Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others. Vivian was very responsive and made herself available to us which was greatly appreciated!

Beautiful, clean home away from home

Home was very nice. Comfortable beds, all the appliances you need. Even a rice maker! Check in before you go to the store as previous guests leave items and host stocks the home as well. Host was very responsive. One TV in the front room, which was fine with me. If you want to play games, bring your own. We did leave pool noodles and sand toys. I will most definitely rent again.

Amazing House

We visited for my sister's 40th birthday. What a great experience. The house was VERY clean and the pool was amazing. We had 7 people and had plenty of room for everyone. Vivian was a great hosting quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back again.

Small Paradise in Florida

Family loved the house. Very spacious and updated house. Loved the back yard scenery. I definitely recomend this house. Vivian was quick to respond for any questions. My only disappointment was the pool heater was not working. Would off been perfect for November weather. Thank you for letting my family stay at your wonderful home.

House was beautiful! View outside was amazing at night. The wildlife was also enjoyable. Close to grocery store and target for last minute items needed. Close to beaches.

Nice home in St. Petersburg, FL

The house appears to be newly renovated. Nice calming colors inside. The kitchen is very roomy. Inside laundry. The patio out back is a great place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation. Really enjoyed watching the wild life. Vivian was very easy to deal with and answered any questions very timely.

Highly recommend this house!

This house is spacious for families! When you walk in you smell the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen is amazing for cooking. the owners did a great with the home remodeling. The access to the pool is AWESOME! There so many doors to get to the backyard. When you wake up the pond outside is so relaxing to watch with all the different birds flying. Vivian is very attentive and replies fast to your questions or concerns. If your family is planning to stay here our family would high recommend this house.
