Check out our spacious two bedroom, two full bath townhome that sits on the 11th green of the Biltmore Links golf club. Oversize heated swimming pool/hot tub, tennis courts and workout facility..steps from your front door. The upscale Biltmore Area centers on the Arizona Biltmore, a luxe resort with a spa and golf course, and the hilltop, Italianate Wrigley Mansion. The Arizona Canal Trail, a haven for walkers, joggers and cyclists, cuts through the area, while Camelback Mountain is the place to head for panoramic views.

Dana and Shawn were great hosts and we really enjoyed staying at their home. It was well appointed and we loved the location on the golf course. Any questions we had they answered promptly.

Beyond clean and stocked! Amazing area and part of town, with close access to everything in Phoenix! The owners have amazing attention to detail, and got back with us timely and efficiently as needed!

Great place!

Beautiful property. Well-supplied with all we needed. Enjoyed the pool and the walking path nearby. Found lots to do in Phoenix when we werent at the pool.

Biltmore Condo

Condo is nicely decorated and has a lovely golf course view from the outdoor patio/seating area. The location is quiet and very convenient. The hosts were responsive and easy to deal with.

We had the most wonderful stay at this property! The location was A, located in the beautiful, high end Biltmore neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants, as well as a great central location to drive to and from other areas of the Metro Phoenix area.The golf course view is so peaceful and we loved the added security of the guard gated community. The home is very comfortable, well decorated and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with our dog, who was also very happy in the space. The complex even has a dog waste station on a grassy area just outside the home.Dana and Shawn were so thorough in providing details and information to make us feel confident in our booking. Excellent communication from start to finish. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to stay here again!

Our stay here was perfect! Close to the Biltmore and we had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would suggest is tap water or osmosis system to have clean water to drink. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of room. We will be back next year for my daughter’s dance competition. Thank you :)
