Such a beautiful location, and looked just like the pictures! There were special touches that made the condo feel like home, and had everything and more than we could ask for!

Great location and amenities!

This was the perfect spot for my group of 3 since the rest of the group was at the Arizona Biltmore hotel nearby. Not even a 10 minute walk to the resort and with a rental car everything in the area was accessible too. This was quiet and clean space and we would stay again!

Family Time in Phx

This property was lovely. We enjoyed the central location to all of our favorite PHX spots. The community pool was nice and quiet. The condo was comfortable and private. The property manager, Mary, was responsive and kind. We would stay again.

Lovely Biltmore location

We enjoyed our stay and the property is just as listed. Very clean and well stocked. Quiet too. The location is a short walk from the hotel which was convenient for dinner.Thank you Mary!

This condo is just as described. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Anything you might need is available. The location is excellent and Mary is a lovely host. I definitely recommend!

Perfect

We needed a place to stay while our home was being renovated. Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, resourceful kitchen, bathrooms and showers updated and sparkling, and comfy beds. Last and not least was Mary. Very welcoming and accessible. Any issues we had were very minor and Mary remedied quickly. Highly recommend her property.

Great stay at the Biltmore

Our family had a great time at the property. It was within walking distance to the Biltmore resort which was necessary for us. The location overall was great - lots of restaurants and shops within close driving distance, as well as the Piestewa Peak trailhead. We had our 1-year old with us and were pleased with the layout of the house as he could safely play upstairs in the master which was very spacious or downstairs in the living area. The house was very clean and we enjoyed all the outdoor access with the patios downstairs and balcony upstairs. Will definitely stay again!

Wedding Weekend

Came to Phoenix for my niece’s wedding at the Biltmore. Traveling with family so this townhouse was perfect. We were able to walk on to the property in less than 5 minutes. Easy in/out to airport. Plus it is centrally located to go about anywhere in Phoenix quickly. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. Definitely a perfect place from which to enjoy the Valley of the Sun!

Stylish, comfortable townhouse steps from the Biltmore

A stylish comfortable townhouse that is a short walk from the Biltmore, really enjoyed our stay.Comfortable beds, powerful showers and newly renovated throughout. Nice patio with comfortable outdoor furniture. Nice couch and living room TV (bring your Roku). A short walk to the Biltmore and in the center of everything Phoenix/PV/Scottsdale. Nice pool and hot tub steps away in the complex. Responsive owner and a nice K-cup selection to get us going. 10/10. Would love to stay again.

Diamond in the Desert

Not exactly the desert but coming from the Midwest it was the desert to us lol! We visited this beautiful property as a birthday trip to the Super Bowl. It looked JUST like the photos and even had welcome snacks. Mary was a wonderful host who left plenty of instructions. The property is so close to everything. We never really had to get on the highway to go anywhere. The location is so close to everything - attractions, food, shopping, malls, etc. The community was also extremely peaceful. We had a phenomenal experience!

Full Disclosure

I love the Biltmore area and this location is ideal to the hotel, golf courses and city access. The host was charming and responsive. But, it appeared she had recently bought the townhome as is. The ice maker and coffee maker didn't work. And, the bicycles in the garage had tires that hadn't been inflated in years.Most important, I'm not sure it was clear to me that both bedrooms AND BATHROOMS are on the second floor up a 20 step flight of stairs. Very problematic for those of us over 60.
