Your Reservation includes your stay in our first-class condominium Balancan 504.
At Vidanta you will be able to enjoy the Beach clubs, the pools of Mayan Palace, different categories and specialties, of the Restaurants, and Bars, the fountains cafeteria and the Sanctuary, which is a bar that is open all day and with shows and music to spend very special nights in the place. You can enjoy the deep discounts of the Nayar Golf course.

Access to Vidanta resort is a big plus. The condo is nice, modern, and spacious. Pool on site is large enough to offer enough privacy.

Wonderful

The hosts and the concierges were very responsive and helpful! The unit is large and has great views! Unit was very clean and well equipped! Vidanta / golf privileges were a big bonus!

Nice location with access to Vidanta

The property was as described . Nice pool , great service from staff . I must have missed that there is no oven , toaster or toaster oven . Would have been nice to have one of them for breakfasts. A few towels had stains & very discoloured & need to be discarded & replaced . Overall the condo was spacious , very nice views & comfortable .

Nice condo in a very quiet location

We stayed for 3 days after staying the neighboring Grand Mayan the week before. The pool is huge, but there is no other activity. It would be nice if they added ping pong, small gym for the people that own or visit. At least you can go to Vidanta with passes. Loved that you can completely open up the rooms to the deck outside. Nice layout, but some of upkeep is needed. Towel racks were hanging off the wall in the master bathroom and the jet tub is moldy and doesn't work. Overall, a decent place.

Golf Holiday

Rosamaria and the Staff at Balancan were wonderful and very attentive to any inquiries or concerns. Lack of some kitchen appurtenances which was quickly remedied by Rosamaria. Golf fees associated with the rental needs to be better described as it is actually a reduced Green Fee Rate plus Caddie. Not Cart and Caddie fees as described. Would suggest that the access door handle and lock mechanism be replaced as the current condition is definitely lacking, very loose and likely would not take much for someone without a key to gain entry. Overall our experience was pleasurable and would likely rent again in the future.
