Short drive or bike ride to the beach or downtown St Pete, this cozy and modern studio have everything you need to relax while enjoying Florida. It features high ceiling, modern bathroom with rain shower head, private porch perfect for morning coffee or tea, private fenced yard, private parking space, access to shared washer/ dryer, and a equipped kitchenette.
Pretty functional and relaxing with a private entrance, yard and parking. Items included are as follow: Smart TV, Wi-Fi, AC/ heat, high ceiling, rain shower head, coffee maker, toaster oven, induction cook-top burner, dinnerware, cookware, linens, etc... Whether you're looking for a solo stay, or as a couple gateway, or doing business in the area, the place will provide you the comfort and convenience you're looking for.

We are taking extra steps for cleaning thoroughly, disinfecting and sanitizing the entire place after each guest. We do our best to protect our guests and ourselves. We ask that you follow the CDC guidelines specially during your stay.

Spring break stay

It was lovely! Everything we needed was included— pots, pans, fridge, small freezer, and much more. Lots of storage area to hold items and a small closet area. Perfect place for a two person retreat. They had aloe, sunscreen, dish soap, spices, and almost anything you could think of. 10/10 would recommend

Great Studio

The studio was cute and very clean. The inside looks very new with new appliances. It was great for us in that it was close enough to downtown for a cheap uber but was a quiet neighborhood when you got back and wanted to relax. The only negative was the parking is kinda tight but not horrible.

Lovely studio space

Had a wonderful stay at Martine and Pete’s studio - the studio space is well designed with pleasing decor and a nice outdoor space. Very clean and Martine is a great host. Thank you, Martine and Pete!
