Gulf Breeze Condos offer the most captivating view in all of Steinhatchee. Situated at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, these elegant units provide breathtaking sunsets as you enjoy a cold beverage while watching boats of all sizes head out or return from the Gulf! The large balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.

This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!

This condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds. This bedroom connects to a bathroom that is shared with the rest of the condo. The large, well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day.

The property does have outdoor surveillance cameras on site for security purposes. One camera is located at the front door and a second located on back patio facing outward. No cameras inside the unit. Please be aware there will be *NO DOCKS* this summer due to recent hurricanes. There is a boat ramp and boarding dock.

Property is in a great location. Due to the hurricane, certain amenities were still not repaired but this was communicated prior to the stay. The unit is very nice. Only criticism is that the unit didn't have somethings we would expect (for example, there was only one tiny cutting board). Overall we were pleased with the unit.

Family trip

It was a great place to stay. The condo was beautiful. It will be much better when the boat slips are done but there was plenty of parking and using the ramp was easy. We definitely want to make this an annual trip.

Great Location

We have stayed at Gulf Breeze Condos once before. Great location, private boat ramp was very easy! This condo was well equipped. Only downside is there are no TVs in the bedrooms. Otherwise very clean and well decorated. Comfortable furniture. Gorgeous Sunsets!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our 5th trip to steinhatchee and the first time we stayed at the gulf breeze condominiums. It is close to everything, but just far enough away for piece and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. If you bring a boat, just be careful at low tide when using the ramp. It isn’t very long and there aren’t any markings as to where it ends. We went off the end and it bent our fender.

Perfect for boaters

We have stayed here for last 3 years for scalloping. It’s the best place in Steinhatchee. Pool is nice and boat dock is very convenient. Would recommend it highly.

Peaceful get away

A boaters or fisherman’s delight. Scenic relatively quiet seaside town. A few restaurants and Marinas without all the gift shops and plazas. Scallop season is the big draw when things can get busy. This property was clean, well maintained and had a beautiful view. Met description perfectly and I was impressed with the accommodations and the overall visit.

Great trip with lasting memories

Great location and easy to find, the fishing was not as great as expected but we had lotsa fun. On our balcony we watched manatees playing in a small inlet from the river, also saw a nice size gathering another inlet. Great restaurants with great food.

Fabulous condo.

We absolutely loved the condo, had everything we needed. Furnishings are comfortable. The location and view is great. Our first time visiting Steinhatchee and definitely won't be the last. Fisherman's paradise!

Exactly what we were looking for and more

The condo was great. View was awesome. My wife watch the sunset with the girls on the balcony. The boat ramp and boat slip were clutch. Taking a dip in the pool after being on the boat was very relaxing. We limited out on two of our days and got 7.5 gallons on the last day.

Great views!

Amazing view, location is perfect. Can’t beat taking right off when you jump in the boat! Matt was easy to deal with, condo was clean and well kept. Will def try and stay here again!

Wonderful

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location and each time has been great. Condo is large and very clean. Pool is great for afternoon when scalloping and fishing are done. And for the boater this is the easiest place to stay in all of steinhatchee. Very dock with assigned slip, private ramp large enough for a 36 foot boat, and plenty of trailer parking. Even my wife could park the trailer 😂. Already booked for next year.

Amazing

Absolutely loved our stay. Just what we needed a quiet little get away, right on the water with a beautiful view. In the mornings the manatees were swimming right outside. Definitely coming back.

Loved Steinhatchee and this place was perfect!

We absolutely loved staying at Gulf Breezes! The location was perfect and the fishing right from the docks was an experience and a half! We caught trout, big enough to keep9 (we didn't though) and saw so much wildlife! The Manatees made their daily visits in the pond right behind the units and would visit us at the dock as well. We hope to go back next year. We loved the laid back town and the unit suited our needs and then some. The pool was so refreshing after being on the water all day.
