Situated at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, these elegant units provide breathtaking sunsets as you enjoy a cold beverage while watching boats of all sizes head out or return from the Gulf! The large balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.

This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!

This condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds. This bedroom connects to a bathroom that is shared with the rest of the condo. The large, well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day.

The property does have outdoor surveillance cameras on site for security purposes. One camera is located at the front door and a second located on back patio facing outward. No cameras inside the unit. Please be aware there will be *NO DOCKS* this summer due to recent hurricanes. There is a boat ramp and boarding dock.
