The Landing amenities include a boat slip, a pool, fitness center, beach volleyball, playground, and even a petting zoo makes this house the perfect place for the whole family. Option for a 4-seater golf cart rental add-on upon availability. NO PETS

No Early Check-in or Late Checkouts during Scallop Season.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The host was easy to communicate with and the terms were laid out clearly. The grounds are very well kept and it's nice to have the pool when it's so hot out.The only issue I can see is that the property description is not entirely accurate. It's not a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds are actually in a hallway between the stairs and the master suite. Also, it's not exactly a three bath as the the bathroom downstairs doesn't have a shower. So it's really a 2 BR with bunk beds in a hallway and 2 1/2 baths. So if you have six people two have to be OK with sleeping in the hallway.
