Accommodation: ARCACHON, CITY OF HIVER – SUPERBE VIEWS ON THE BASIN OF ARCACHON!Just 500 metres from the Croix des Marins beach, in a villa located in the heart of the charming winter town, this bright 60 m2 apartment awaits you on the second and last floor, without elevator.You will find all the necessary comfort to accommodate up to 4 people, with a master bedroom and a mezzanine. From the entrance, a hallway serves a versatile cabin, ideal for storage or to accommodate a cot. The living room, with a corner sofa, offers stunning panoramic views of the basin, while the equipped kitchen, separated by a modern bar, is equipped with all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, traditional oven, induction plates, refrigerator with freezer, hood, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer. A clearance leads to independent toilets equipped with a sanibroyeur. The master bedroom, facing to the west, has a double bed (160 cm) and a closet/closet illuminated by a high window. The bathroom also has a window for natural brightness. The mezzanine, accessible by a staircase from the living room (at the height under ceiling!), offers a double bed (160 cm) with a storage box, illuminated by Velux. Enjoy a clear view of the greenery and the Arcachon basin from the kitchen and living room windows, exposed to the north. To access the apartment, you will need to climb about 50 steps from the residence garden. The decoration is modern and clean, and the apartment is very well equipped. The first shops are only 400 metres away (aisle de la Chapelle), and the city centre is 800 metres away. Parking is free on the street. Internet / WIFI available. Pets are not allowed, and white linen is not provided, but it is possible to rent
