Great place

This place was great. Clean and great location. Plenty of amenities. Thank you for including a filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator. The little things make all the difference.

Amazing views and awesome location!

This was the best location!! You are so close to the water but not too close to the boardwalk where everyone who walks by is watching you. The views of the water are amazing and the studio had just enough space for us two. Owners were responsive and helpful!

Perfect location

Great location, not too noisy. Awesome views, windows, balcony. It's tiny but finishes, kitchen, jetted tub/BR are awesome. It was difficult to leave.

Weekend in Mission Beach

Property is exactly as listed, small but great location. The kitchen & bathroom have everything you could possibly want, including coffee & basic supplies which was very helpful. We could clearly see dolphins from the window and surfers all day long and it was fun just people watching. The only criticism is that it was a little hot in August without A/C, you have to have the patio door open all the time which can be a little noisy at night. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Great Location

I loved Mission Beach. Property was perfect location and worked fine for 2 of us to be comfortable. Perfect neighborhood for a no car vacation. Best food and fun is within easy walking distance.

Sweet!

Cute, clean, and contemporary place right by the ocean. Liked the option for hot baths and BBQs and reserved parking is always a plus at the ocean. Loved listening to the waves all night and the cool ocean breeze.

Nice Place, superb view

Lovely place to stay if wanting to be right on the beach. The view is beautiful, can’t beat that. I think it’s more for a solo person than a couple but we made it work. Sleeping with the sliding doors open was nice to feel the breeze & it kept the place cool since there is no AC. Had access to a lot in walking distance & that was nice. The tub/shower is challenging getting in & out of & the beach chairs definitely need to be replaced. We didn’t use them because the arms were damaged & the chairs(one of them ) was rusted

Beach relaxation

Small but comfortable unit. Nice ocean view and breeze. We used the grill and outside seating area a lot. We did have a few issues when we checked in but the host was prompt with our concerns. The two negatives would be the patio lounge chairs which are falling apart and need to be replaced. Smoke detector beeped on and off and was never addressed. It stopped after the second night. Lots of flies this year, it's was our 4th year and never had a fly problem in the past.

Location location location

Phenomenal experience on Mission Beach - the location of this property is fantastic. Far enough away from Belmont Park for a peaceful stay but close enough to enjoy the fun! The property is small, being a studio, but perfectly sized for a single occupant or a couple. The space has all the amenities needed to enjoy your time on the beach. The parking location was somewhat challenging to find considering I showed up at night and was unfamiliar with the streets. A map would have been ideal to help locate this. Great stay overall and I look forward to returning to Mission Beach!

Perfect Peaceful and Quiet!!!

I stayed here for a week. The unit was well located and close to everything! I kept the windows opened and would wake and fall asleep to the sound of the waves as they crashed up on the beach. I took long walks along the beach's edge and wrote my book at the table looking out at the fantastic view. It was enjoyable watching all of the people walking their dogs, runners, surfers, and bicycle riders as they walked up and down the boardwalk. The unit was very clean, well stocked and very quiet. I will most definitely stay again.
