The placement of the condo was very convenient. It was very clean. It is definitely smaller than it looks in the pictures and the parking is inconvenient but other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Thank you…. Yes, parking is tough in Mission Beach with most unit not providing a dedicated parking spot. Our unit includes a dedicated parking spot just a short 1-2-minute walk from unit.

Everything was great. My kids loved having their own space this trip. We rented the unit in front for us and this was for my kids. Well stocked, very clean, great ocean view.

The host was very prompt and responsive when we had questions. The location was wonderful and the property was very nice and clean. Looks just like the pictures. We would definitely stay there again.

When we first arrived the place was very stuffy, the ceiling fan was off and it took a little to figure out how to turn on. I had called the host and she was very helpful. The Location was perfect! But ANTS! IN THE KITCHEN! Every morning we had ants I had to spray and no we did not even leave any food out.

Since we have floor to ceiling windows we provide the following instructions at check-in: If its warm when you arrive...we usually open up entire side of sliders( note: they collapes on top of each other)…push from corner to back of unit) and then leave front door open for 5-10 minutes which creates an airflow to blow out warm air from being closed up. Enjoy!

This unit was wonderful! We stayed with our 13 year old son. He loved having the loft for a separate space. The view of the ocean was wonderful and it was very quiet. Just steps to the boardwalk and ocean. The kitchen was supplied very well and everything was clean. We loved the location as it was walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities. The shared patio space below the unit was really nice for grilling, eating and hanging out. The parking spot was very convenient for our rental car. It is a small space, but has everything that you need and does work well for two adults and one child. Very smooth check-in process. We really enjoyed the week that we spent here and would definitely recommend staying here

The studio was tiny and .long stair way was challenging. The pullout bed resulted in many stub toe injuries.the parking was too far from the unit. Not recommended for seniors and mobility challenged renter. The view was great

Please note that as advertised …this is an upstairs beach view unit in Mission Beach that is not recommended for elderly people or people with medical/mobility challenges. There is no elevator and the included dedicated parking spot (which is rare to find in MB) is 2-3 minute walk.
