A beautiful, convenient apartment in an excellent location. Just around the corner from the charm of the old town and a few easy blocks from the train station. This was our first trip to Annecy, but we will hope to stay at Michel’s place on our future visits.

We were welcomed by Michel very friendly and were pleased with the apartment. Everything was there and it was cozy. The quietness was amazing and therefor we had a good sleep. Location excellent!

A good two night stay, centrally located. As with many apartments no air conditioning, which might not be ideal in extreme heat.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to train station, across from a grocery store and in the old town. It was clean and nicely decorated. Wifi was excellent. Would stay here again

Quite small but very nice. Could do with a spruce up, but there is nothing wrong with what you get. Very close to everything and everywhere you want.

Ideal location

Perfect spot for transit to and from Annecy, and walking into the old town. Well equipped studio, in quiet building. Quite hot with no a/c when over 30 degs outside.

Very kind owner and great location

Overall it's a small apartment with all the necessities to be comfortable during the week. If I had to warn about something, it'd be the lack of an elevator (old buildings in Annecy don't usually have them and this was on the first floor, but if you have any mobility issues you should talk to the owner). It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely a comfy space to sleep and eat while you spend the day around town!

The property was very clean and the kitchen was a nice size for a European kitchen. There are three different machines for coffee, so there are options. The apartment is nicely decorated with a modern decor. The apartment could use a few minor repairs but was fine for the weekend.

The location is perfect. Close to the train station, main square, lake and there's a small grocery store across the street. Very quiet unit and street. No AC but we just recently stayed (Aug 2022) with temps in high 20s low 30s and had no issue. Michel has everything you need here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Annecy holidays

Good points : - close to the train station and every shop or market for groceries. -close to the lake and the old city. -the flat is hot. -the owner is available for every questions you might have but...only by messages. -kitchen ustensiles available : oven, microwave, coffee machine, 'raclette maker'. Negative points : - no direct contact with the owner, we would have loved to meet the owner. -really bad isolation for the noise, you can hear how loud the neighbors are. -many things were broken in the house when we arrived such as : clogged sink in the toilet, broken toilet seat, kitchen faucet broken. -some yellow spots found on bed sheets and duvet. Overall, we liked the flat and we might come back. Thank you again.
