Ideally located 4 minutes from the castle of Pierrefonds, in the hamlet of Palesne, this comfortable cottage of 85m2 on 2 levels with garden of 300m2 and terrace, welcomes you up to 6 people.

Cottage totally renovated and tastefully decorated. Quiet, warm and friendly, ideal for spending a stay with family or friends.

Superb hikes to do, bike rides, fishing, discovery of the edge of the Oise, the terroir and... the magnificent Château!

The accommodation
The cottage has been decorated and furnished so that you feel as comfortable as possible!

It consists of an entrance, a closed laundry room with washing machine and dryer, an equipped kitchen, a living room with velvet sofa, a master suite with an XXL shower, a 180X200cm bed and 26cm memory foam mattress as well as a 6cm down mattress, for your greatest comfort! You will tell us about it!!

Upstairs a large landing with a BZ, a bathroom with bath and toilet,
2 cocooning bedrooms with through light, (TV in one of the 2 bedrooms upstairs, only), 160X200cm beds with a 26cm memory foam mattress. The new bedding is from ROYAL PALACE BEDDING

In the kitchen, take advantage of all the equipment to prepare delicious menus, share a nice moment around the bar table, then in the living room enjoy the connected TV and listen to the music of your choice with the excellent sound Bose speakers.

Wifi is also available and free of charge

Kitchen equipment: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, hood, SENSEO coffee maker (18 pods offered), normal coffee maker, kettle (tea bags available), toaster.

TEFAL pots and pans, pie dish, pan, cake dish.
Crystal glassware: crystal stemware, champagne flutes, water glasses, 12-seat set tableware, etc.

Outside, on sunny days, enjoy the garden and the 2 terraces (to come) with garden furniture to share a good meal or stroll.

Bath and bed linen are included. Welcome products such as shower gel, shampoo, soaps, slippers will be prepared for you.
