This beautifully decorated central Paris Duplex apartment is situated on the 1st & 2nd floor of a private brownstone building (with elevator) on the right bank of the Seine. It can accommodate up to 10 guests in style and luxury. Spacious rooms and a superb location just 3-minutes from the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro Gardens, and the beautiful Pont de l'Alma bridge! Our guests say our pictures don't do our apartment justice, and we agree! We'd love to welcome you in person.

Great location: Large, interesting space!

We enjoyed our stay a great deal in this very large space with unusual decoration. The combined apartments were perfect for us, two couples, traveling together. The kitchen was quite functional and well-equipped.The location is excellent: there a lot within walking distance, as well as a nearby grocery store (Franprix), boulangerie/patisserie, and so on.Easy check in/check out process.Recommended!

This residence was very different in person than it appeared on VRBO. The rooms were smaller. Throw rugs were everywhere with curled up edges, which are a trip danger. We were very happy to have portable air conditioners in the bedrooms. Great neighborhood, especially for tourists.

Unique home

The location was perfect. My family all had room to spread out. The large table was as great for the nine of us as we ate meals together. Everywhere you looked your see something new in this home. Beds were a little hard for us. Great trip!

This property exudes French charm and is well appointed. The property is located in the heart of the city with easy walking access – metro (2 minutes), grocery store (2 minutes), restaurants (2 minutes and up) and bakery (5 minutes). The property manager was helpful in planning our trip and whenever we had questions. We had both apartments, which accommodated 7 easily. The only downside is that older European buildings have eccentricities. The “interior” stairway is a very narrow spiral staircase (which can be avoided by using the main stairs in the hallway). Also, the toilets (2 of them) are not located in the same room as the shower. Ignore the eccentricities and stay here anyway. My family would absolutely return to this unit in Paris.

True Parisian Home

We stayed in the entire unit which includes a smaller apartment (with its own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom). The entire two-story residence is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you’re truly living in Paris. Great location, just steps from the river and Eiffel Tower. The bedrooms have AC which was amazing and the kitchens were very well stocked. We asked for more towels and they were rapidly provided. Great service and overall great experience.

Fantastic stay in Paris!

Our family of grown adults recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO accommodation in Paris for a family trip, and it exceeded all our expectations. The space was incredibly spacious, offering ample room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The location was truly A+++, conveniently situated near everything we wanted to explore in Paris. It felt like we were immersed in a true Parisian lifestyle, with easy access to shops, cafes, and iconic landmarks. Moreover, the host and owner were exceptionally gracious and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO stay for anyone visiting Paris with a large group or family. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and authentic Parisian charm. We can't wait to visit again!

Another world

This luxurious apartment was like entering a dream sequence in a movie. So many fascinating objects, paintings and books! At 74 and 78, my husband and I had a hard time with the spiral staircase between the bedroom floor and the main living areas. The rest of our group, ages 10, 12, and 44 had no problem with it.

Parisian Extravagance

This apartment is oppulant and even larger than I realized. It wasn’t clear how it was laid out from the description. The bedroom floor is the bottom level and only has one toilet (WC) for all three bedrooms to share. There’s a tight spiral staircase up to the living floor that has the kitchen, sitting rooms and dining room. The bonus apartment is also on the same level as the living floor. Eccentric decor with lots of ornate (and fragile items). My 10 year old son counted at least 95 birds throughout the apartment in either murals, busts, or paintings. There are enough plates and glasses to suit any mood. We used the laundry service and our clothes were returned within a day very nearly folded. This was a great luxury since we had already been travelling for over a week. The location is amazing. Just steps away from the Seine where you can gaze on the Eiffel Tower. There are air conditioning units in each bedroom which were a must during the scorching summer nights. Check in was a bit frustrating. I was told to send a message as soon as I left the train station to head to the apartment, which I did. But I was still left outside the apartment for another 25 minutes with my husband, children, and my parents who are in their late 70s. We then had to go through all of the details with Brigitte and it was overwhelming. It would have been helpful to have a simple sheet with the rules and important details. Also, the internet connection is terrible.

Classic apartment in the heart of Paris

This apartment worked wonderfully for our 3-day stay in Paris. It is centrally located, at the very eastern edge of the 16th arrondissement, and thus convenient to almost everything we aimed to see and do in a whirlwind trip. Lisa is a gracious host, and she has furnished her apartment with classic elegance.
