Magnificent villa between sea and forest with private pool and free wifi.

If it is impossible to come due to travel restrictions linked to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.

The villa is equipped with towels and hand for each person.
Each bed is made when you arrive.

Very nice single storey villa with private pool located in L'Escala on the Costa Brava.

The villa has a small, very well maintained lawn area with a magnificent private swimming pool.
The swimming pool is at the front of the house, well protected by vegetation.
In the property can park 1 vehicle and 1 other in the garage.

To access the villa, you climb 4 steps and you arrive on the covered terrace where there are garden chairs and tables as well as a magnificent barbecue.

The entrance to the villa is through the front door which leads directly into the large living room where the living room and dining room are located.
On the right, the kitchen is fully equipped, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking.

In the living room is the TV with satellite channels as well as the wifi with unlimited and free internet access. A window overlooks the swimming pool.

Opposite, a small night hall will distribute the rest of the house.
On the left, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and on the right another bathroom which is in the suite, ie the large bedroom with the double bed. The bathroom also has a toilet as well as a bathtub and sink.
At the back of the house, the two bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds and the other with two 90cm bunk beds.
All mattresses are of excellent quality.

On your arrival, I will welcome you directly to the villa, I will guide you for the visit and will show you the operation of all the installations (Wifi, TV etc ...).
At the same time, I will give you a map and tell you all the good addresses in L'Escala, supermarkets, but also beaches, restaurants, bars etc ... as well as all the activities that are offered.
I also invite you to visit my site vingava.es in order to better know the region and its activities.
For the comfort of your stay, throughout your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in case of emergency.

Everything you need, in lovely town

Property was as described, well equipped kitchen, very clean. Great small pool. Quiet area near the town beach and pleasant walk to old town. William was very accommodating with check-in process, and when we accidentally left with one of the sets of keys, so overall great to deal with!

We had an amazing holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a quiet street, which made it very peaceful and relaxing. Everything was comfortable and well arranged, and we felt at home right away. We especially appreciated the warm welcome and the helpful communication, which made everything easy and stress-free. The surroundings are beautiful and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our time as a family of six. Check-in and -out were uncomplicated. The house is even better than in the pictures. We had eyerything we needed. Beaches, supermarkets and restaurants only a couple of minutes to walk. We would definetely come back!

Insgesamt kann man die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.Lediglich die Betten sollten erneuert werden ( Lautes Quittieren, unbequeme Matratzen).Die Außendusche hat leider nicht funktioniert.Es könnten kleinere Sanierungsarbeiten ( Fugen in den Duschen etc.) durchgeführt werden. Trotzdem ist das Haus schön und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Entspannter Sommerurlaub

Lage war Top. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war ebenfalls super. Wir hatten super entspannte 14 Tage. Das Haus war bis auf eine Kleinigkeit klasse. Man sollte eventuell mal darüber nachdenken die 2 super knarzenden Einzelbetten zu ersetzen. Wir geben dennoch volle Punktzahl für das Haus, Abwicklung, Agentur und den wunderschönen Ort.

Maison parfaite , très propre, cuisine très bien équipée . Les lits sont faits à l’arrivée, les serviettes fournies ce qui est très appréciable. Le quartier est très calme. William a été très réactif et a fait preuve de souplesse pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Je recommande !

Belle villa, emplacement de qualité et surtout un service irréprochable de William au petits soins pour ses clients. C'était déjà le cas l'année dernière c'est pourquoi nous n'avons pas hésiter cette année.

Tolles Haus, super Service

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub (16 Tage) in einem tollen und sehr gut ausgestatten Ferienhaus mit nettem Pool. Das Grundstück ist mit blickdichten Hecken umrandet. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Ruhige Lage, trotz Campingplatz gegenüber des Hauses. Stadtstrand und Promenade mit Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften sind ca. 800 Meter entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner Bäcker für die Croissants zum Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr nah. Die schöne Altstadt von L‘Escala und andere Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter William war sehr hilfsbereit, schnell erreichbar und hat uns mit Tipps versorgt. Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert, vielen Dank.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren 10 Tage dort. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles ist fußläufig zu erledigen, Strand, Einkauf und Restaurants. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet ( ein paar Sachen könnte man verbessern z.b. ein paar mehr Geschirrtücher, größere Topflappen, wenn es von den Vormietern noch ein pasr Gewürze oder Salz gegeben hätte wäre das auch praktisch gewesen) der Pool war toll und sehr sauber. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder.

Habitués d'Escala depuis plusieurs années nous tenons à féliciter William pour sa gentillesse et surtout son professionnalisme. Maison parfaitement propre et entretenue ce qui est assez rare avec les agences précédentes. État des lieux en sortant , ce qui n'est jamais arrivé auparavant, nous avons toujours laissé la clefs dans la boîte aux lettres. Rien à déplorer tout était parfait. Merci, à bientôt

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Am Pool haben die Kinder fast den ganzen Tag verbracht. Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen und ein zweiter noch schönerer Strand ist 7 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit.

Descansar cómodamente que era el fin

Hemos pasado una semana con los niños(14,10,9,7). Es una casa práctica cerca de lo necesario, en 10 min camiando estas en la playa un alojamiento ideal para la familia hemos disfrutado de la piscina. Teníamos todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias cómodamente. Si se da la ocasión repetiremos.
