Escape to your own private retreat in the heart of Sonoma wine country. This peaceful studio has a separate entrance at the opposite end of our hilltop home, ensuring privacy throughout your stay.
Step outside to your outdoor dining area and take in sweeping views of the neighboring vineyard—the perfect setting for your morning coffee or an evening glass of local wine. Experience true comfort year-round with whisper-quiet air conditioning and heating provided by a state-of-the-art HVAC system, along with high-speed internet access.
We take pride in creating an exceptional sleep experience. Unwind on a new Casper mattress dressed with luxurious, high-thread-count 100% cotton sheets, a cozy down comforter or lightweight cotton coverlet, and your choice of two soft or two firm pillows.
Thoughtful amenities await your arrival, including a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, yogurt, granola and seasonal flowers. The studio offers 270 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, complete with a private bathroom featuring a separate toilet room and an adjacent shower.
Immerse yourself in the wine-country lifestyle as you relax with vineyard views and explore everything the area has to offer. The studio is conveniently located near acclaimed restaurants, renowned wineries, Jack London State Historic Park, and miles of scenic hiking trails.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a one-time fee of $75 per dog for your entire stay. No smoking inside. Please observe outdoor quiet times between 10 pm and 8 am.

Jeanette’s place is an enchanting sanctuary! My little beagle and I had the most incredibly relaxing week, spent time with friends on the patio and Violet had the run of the yard. There were beautiful garden and herb beds right out my door, and the vineyards and hills that surround the home are gorgeous. Inside it’s a sweet little spot, with great coffee granola and treats. No kitchen or TV, but I didn’t even notice, in Sonoma the food and wine are so good! I think this is my favourite vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in and I’ll be back!

Jeannette and Brett are gracious hosts who attended to all our requests. Our two large dogs enjoyed their backyard which was securely fenced in. The view of the vineyard is divine!

Beautiful accommodations the unit does not have a television and was an error on the listing. Otherwise everything was very nice. Plenty of coffee yogurt and granola made it even more special. Search peaceful evening, drinking wine looking out over the vineyard in the backyard exactly what I was looking for.

The garden space was very serene and had spaces to take in the vineyard view while basking in the sun. The hostess tended to my need for a resupply of water and was generally available and caring.

This was the perfect place for my wife and me to disconnect from the everyday noise. The space is simple, a comfortable room attached to the owner’s home with a bed, bathroom, and shower. There is no television or unnecessary distraction, just complete peace and quiet.Every morning and evening, we sat overlooking the vineyards in silence, listening to the insects, the water dripping onto the vines, and the occasional flutter of hummingbird wings. It was incredibly peaceful.The owner’s hospitality made the experience even better. She was welcoming, attentive, and offered several recommendations for places to visit, and every one of them was spot-on.We spent most of our days exploring and mainly used the room as a quiet, comfortable place to rest. If you’re looking for something extravagant or filled with amenities, this may not be for you. But if you want simplicity, nature, genuine hospitality, and a true escape from everyday life, this place serves that purpose beautifully.

Exactly as advertised: very nice studio, everything spotless and perfect. Back yard and vineyard view absolutely wonderful; sunrise comes up over the hills beyond the vineyard. Completely dog-friendly; fenced yard, walking in the vineyard a big hit. Super responsive but completely unobtrusive host, very generous supplies of consumables.I should also mention it's very close to some excellent restaurants, e.g. El Molino Central (Michelin Bib Gourmand), Verano Cafe, etc.

This was a fantastic place to stay after days spent biking, driving, wine tasting, and adventuring to the coast. The bed was SO comfy, and the place had exactly what we needed. Jeanette was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. It was a 10-minute drive from Sonoma square, was quiet and peaceful, and sitting outside on the patio was lovely.

It was perfect for me, my boyfriend and our little dog. The outdoor area is beautiful and very peaceful. Jeanette made sure we had everything we needed. The bed is extremely comfortable and we slept great. The location is close to town and convenient to lots of great restaurants and wineries. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
