Idéalement situé, dans la résidence LES SAPINS, face au parc, à 200m de l'hyper centre, des thermes et de toutes commodités, charmant T3 d'une surface de 47m² au 1er étage avec ascenseur. Accès WIFI.
Il se compose d'une entrée sur pièce à vivre combinant séjour et salle à manger, le tout ouvrant sur un petit balcon, cette première pièce offre un couchage double en canapé convertible,
une cuisine indépendante avec grand réfrigérateur, lave vaisselle ....,
une grande chambre cabine avec verrière disposant d'un lit 2 personnes en 140 et une seconde chambre cabine avec verrière disposant d'un lit superposé deux personnes en 90.
Une salle d'eau avec douche, wc, lave-linge et sèche-linge..
Placards à skis privatifs sur le palier.
Navette pour le sancy à 30m.
Location pour 4 personnes maximum.
Forfait ménage sur demande : 90 € en supplément
Arrivées du lundi au samedi (hors jours fériés) de 15h à 17h30, vous rendre directement à l'agence.
