DESCRIPTION
Fully equipped kitchen: traditional oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, kettle, blender, citrus press, vegetable cutter, complete crockery utensils.

Outdoor swimming poolm, dimensions 5m20 x 7m50, unheated, no child protection. Barbecue area, dining furniture, deckchairs, bath towels at your disposal.

A large porch is next to the main entrance, with ping-pong table, mini table football, chairs, and small table, for a games/relaxation area in the shade.
The house has fiber optics, air conditioning in the living room as well as in the master bedroom upstairs. The other bedrooms and the living room have fans, 4 in total. Children´s play area: small library, coloring books, toys, board games.

You have access to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with spa shower.
The beds are made on arrival (blankets provided), towels are stored in the large master bedroom downstairs. There are seven beds: 4 beds of 90 cm, 2 beds of 140 cm, 1 bed of 135 cm.

Please note: the mosquito nets on the bedroom windows are fixed and therefore cannot be lifted. Please do not touch them.

The downstairs room under the stairs is closed to travelers (storage space for cleaning accessories and household linens) as well as 2 closets in the main room upstairs.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
VILLA DU LAC is in the heights of Riudecanyes, 14 kms from the sea and Cambrils, 25 kms from Salou and Port Aventura, 30 kms from Tarragona, 23 kms from Reus airport and 120 kms from Barcelona airport.

It is a terraced house with proximity to the neighborhood. The environment is sensitive to noise because it is a quiet residential area. We therefore wish to welcome families ready to respect the serenity of the place, day and night.

We do not accept reservations for groups of 10 adults, there must be at least one child in the group.

In July/August, for a stay of more than 4 nights, a short maintenance visit from us for the swimming pool will be necessary. This does not involve any inconvenience for you, we stay outside for around fifteen minutes at most.

Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Use of the barbecue is subject to local authorities. If the ban is confirmed in the event of a fire risk, we put at your disposal a small electrics barbecue and grill.

The house is equipped with a sensor surveillance system connected to the security company SECURITAS. The alarm is always disabled during a stay with guests. However, if you wish, you can use it for your own safety.

FORMALITIES
Based on Royal Decree 933/2021 on registration of travelers in lodging establishments, days before arrival, guests will send their documentation details, including children (Passport or Identity Card, family book or health card in the case of undocumented minors) to register travelers.
It will be verified at Check-in (one registration form per person, children incl.).

Turistic tax is to pay at arrival, in cash : 2€/day/pers + 16 years, max 14€/stay/pers.

We do not carry out an inventory but upon your arrival and in our presence, you can check the accommodation to see by yourself that the premises are compliant in terms of cleanliness but also functionality of the equipment as indicated on the announcement. A very rigorous cleaning is carried out between each reservation, the box springs and mattresses are systematically checked, as well as the interior of household appliances, drawers, cupboards, under beds, etc.

If upon your arrival or during your stay you encounter a problem of any nature, notice damage or damage, you must contact us first so that we can find a solution. No repairs or technical intervention can be carried out without our consent.

The conditions of this announcement are contractual, you therefore undertake to respect them as soon as you confirm your reservation. You also agree to respect our house rules.

House Rules:
- Capacity: 10 people. The person who made the reservation must be present during the stay. Reservations for third parties and guests are prohibited. The rental is temporary and for pleasure, it cannot be extended without the prior written consent of the host.
- If upon arrival or during your stay you encounter a problem of any nature, CONTACT US FIRST so that we can offer you a solution BEFORE contacting the platform.
- Party organization prohibited. No noise pollution on the terrace after 11 p.m. (no loud music or lively discussions). You can play music on the terrace during the day but at a very reasonable volume.
- No smoking, both inside and outside: the surroundings of the house and the neighborhood in general are living spaces with a lot of wood, plants, and vegetation, in order to avoid any risk fire. Also, for reasons of general health standards and respect for travelers who do not smoke.
- CHILDREN MUST REMAIN 24 HOURS A DAY UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF ADULTS, we remind you that the swimming pool does not have a child protection system. Among the toys available, there are small elements that can present risks for young people.
- Illegal downloads from the Internet are prohibited.
- Do not move the furniture to avoid breakage and damage. Please report any broken items to us. In case of strong winds, close the parasol, for your safety and to avoid breakage.
- On the morning of departure, please leave the dishes clean and put away in the cupboards, as you found them. If you started the dishwasher at the last minute, do not forget to empty it before leaving the premises (dishes are not part of the household cleaning). It is not necessary to remove the bed sheets, however it is very useful to collect all the used towels in one place, for example, the basket upstairs which is provided for this. Do not forget to take the trash cans with you.
