Nestled within a quiet, gated community, this well-appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers everything you need for a memorable stay, including access to fantastic amenities like an in-ground pool, firepit, play area for the kids, and a laundry room.

The open-concept kitchen and living room is the heart of the home—a wonderful space to gather and enjoy the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that frame picturesque lake views. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a dishwasher. It's fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and more, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals. The large island offers plenty of seating for casual dining or conversation, with additional seating available at the spacious wood kitchen table.

The living area invites you to unwind on the comfortable sectional and loveseat while streaming your favorite shows or movies on the large flat-panel smart TV with YouTube TV. A Sonos speaker allows you to fill the space with your favorite tunes, whether from your own library or streaming services like Pandora or Spotify. WiFi is available throughout the cabin to keep you connected.

Wake up to breathtaking lake views in the master bedroom, which features sliding door access to a covered patio, a luxurious king bed, and an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The second bedroom also offers stunning lake views and includes a queen/twin-XL bunk bed, making it ideal for another couple or the kids. The third bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed. All bedrooms come with closet space and convenient luggage racks to make your stay even more comfortable.

Start your morning with a steaming cup of coffee as the sun rises or unwind in the evening with a refreshing cocktail while soaking in the serene lake views from the covered patio. The lake is just a short walk away, down a gently sloping hill, perfect for a peaceful stroll. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a Weber kettle and grilling tools are provided right next to your patio.

Kids will delight in the nearby play area and swimming pool, which are just a few steps away and easily visible from the patio seating area, giving parents peace of mind. In the evenings, gather around the private wood firepit, complete with spectacular views of Table Rock Lake, for a memorable and relaxing experience.

Looking for water access? Our cabin is near a public boat launch and two great marinas for slip and/or boat rental. Campbell Point Marina is a 14 minute drive (8.2 miles) and Kings River Marina is an 8 minute drive (3.8 miles). Public boat launch is next to the bridge in Shell Knob which is a 6 minute drive (3 miles) and only a few minutes to the cabin by boat.

PLEASE NOTE: Per U.S. Army Corps of Engineers rules at Table Rock Lake, we are unable to rent a boat slip. Also, our neighbors at Rod N Reel Resort only can offer slips to guests staying at their resort.

Looking for a day away from the water? Consider visiting the Persimmon Hill Blueberry Farm or the breathtaking Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, both just a convenient 15-20 minute drive from the house. If you're up for a bit more adventure, Silver Dollar City, Branson, Top of the Rock at Big Cedar Lodge, or Eureka Springs are all less than an hour away, offering fantastic options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
