Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin, the location, and your overall stay in the Branson area. We also appreciate you pointing out a few concerns so we can help clarify for future guests. The property is listed as pet-friendly, but pets do need to be pre-approved prior to arrival, as noted in the listing details. In this case, we were not made aware of a pet until after checkout when housekeeping discovered it during cleaning. We simply followed up afterward regarding the standard pet fee, which is part of our clearly stated policy and not an additional or hidden charge. We’re also sorry for any confusion regarding amenities and will continue working to ensure all listing details are as clear and accurate as possible so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Thank you again for staying with us and for your honest feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future for an even smoother experience.
