Unit B205 is an air conditioned* one bedroom condo with a king sized bed on the North West face of the property. Red tile floors grace the entire apartment B205 is on the second floor with garden and partial ocean views. Condo B205 has tasteful art and red and tan tiled floors. The living room is decorated with wood, weave, and flower prints, The garden view is replete with putting green and the many tall palms that distinguish Luana Kai.
* The condo is located on the second floor. There are NO elevators, you would have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.
*Free parking
Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
