A105 is a one bedroom, one bathroom deluxe ocean view ground floor condo with AC. The modernized kitchen in A105 is perfect for home cooking. This unit has extensive tiling and modern tropical themes. In the bedroom, there is a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan and a/c. The bathroom has a glass and tile shower with modern fixtures. The living room has a tv, ceiling fan and a/c. Keep an eye out for whales all winter long!

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
