Elegant "bourgeois" residence of character from 1690, steeped in history & carefully restored - equipped with a beautiful heated swimming pool (9x4.5m) shared by the 2 gîtes of the property - quietly located in the heart of the Cluny hilly countryside on a pleasant enclosed landscaped park of 5000m² with century-old trees, within a vast private property of 30 ha (largely "natural") with a fishing pond & a vast forest with its own hiking trails. Residential hamlet nestled on an exposed hillside, in the heart of a bucolic cirque of bocage & wooded hills, in the hollow of a magnificent rural setting preserved by greenery & nature on a site classified & protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" (for its remarkable ecosystem). Ultra privileged location adjoining the GR76 & numerous hiking trails marked as "green walks", very close to the vineyards of the Mâconnais (including the famous "Val Lamartinien") and Beaujolais, on the routes of the circuit of the Romanesque churches & the " Burgundy Wine Route", 9 km from the Voie Verte ("Great Loop of Southern Burgundy") & 9 km from the famous GMT mountain bike route (Grand Tour du Massif Sud Bourgogne).
