Awesome place

Excellent location, the place was nice and clean, if we needed to contact Jon and Susan they would answer almost immediately and they were very nice. There were a lot of places around where you can have fun. If you need an escape from reality this is a perfect place.

Nice little cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay in Susan’s cabin. She has been very responsive and very helpful. The house is pretty close to the main road so we can hear a bit the traffic, but the view remains amazing. Great location for hike lovers.

Tranquil Catskill Cottage

My group and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. The home comes stocked with anything you might need (other than the food), there are walking trails to a stream & pond on the property, and the nearest town is only a 10-minute drive away.

A lovely, cozy retreat!

My family and I had an amazing stay! Our kids loved sleeping in the loft, running through the meadow's path, and making s'mores for dessert every night around the fire pit. We found everything we needed in the home during our stay and appreciated the lovely decor and modern updates as well as the classic cottage charm. Thank you for your excellent hosting of this beautiful retreat!

Nice and cozy

We had a lovely stay, it was a well kept cozy house with plenty of room for 6-7 people but we were just three. Well stocked with everything that you would need including little body lotions, body wash and condiments for cooking.

Perfect home base for a long ski weekend

We had a lovely stay at Meadowlark for our first ski trip of the season. The owners made check in easy and the house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the house is within minutes of a decent gocery store. This was important for us as we cooked all of our dinners at the house. We are definitely looking forward to our return visit.

Quiet and peaceful

This house is beautifully decorated. Small but plenty of room. We were impressed with how well it was stocked and we didn’t need anything at all. We stayed in most days and cooked or BBQ everyday. Susan was available during my time and attentive. We will definitely stay there again!

We had a really nice time. The house is well cleaned and organized. It has everything you could need and more. The best surprise for us was that we had our own private pond with a floating dock. The views are spectacular and communication with owner was terrific. Thank you!

Cozy Cottage

We stayed here during a very cold 4 day period to go snowboarding at Belleayre. The cottage was very warm in 6 degree weather. Proximity to the mountain was 15 minutes and also to Platekille. The cottage was very clean. Susan was a great host and communicated daily to ensure our stay was pleasurable. The property itself was awesome for the kids 12 & 9 to go sleigh riding and even myself the 47 year old Dad lol! Our Dog loved the property too. Thanks Susan for a great trip!

A Catskills Getaway

The property is secluded. The decorating is colorful. The amenities are many! We appreciated the “extras” like plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. One caution: if you’re tall, watch your head in several places inside the house.

Clean, well appointed, and cozy

This property was wonderful for a very last minute getaway to the mountains! Check in and out was super easy, the place was very clean, and it had everything we could need from little touches in the bathrooms and kitchens like small soaps and lotion, oatmeal, chocolates, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. I appreciated all of the attention to detail! The new gas fireplace was AMAZING and we pretty much did not leave from sitting right in front of it all weekend. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great getaway

A great place for a weekend getaway in the Catskills. We spent Easter weekend here and had a great time. The cabin is bigger than it appears from the outside. The funky look from the outside masks a nicely laid out interior with one of the bedrooms, a hidden sleeping loft accessible from a pull down ladder in living room. The kitchen is well equipped and the owners do the “little things” that make a big difference when renting, like having coffee supplies available, and providing toilet paper and dish towels. Our only critique would be the outside deck needs some attention, but overall very happy with our stay and accommodations. Would rent here again.
