This retreat, located on over 5 private acres, is just 10 minutes to downtown Windham’s restaurants, bars, local shops and art galleries and Windham Mountain for skiing and hiking. Also conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Prattsville with grocery/liquor stores, diner, and tavern.
Spend a cozy night by the fire whether it be by the indoor wood burning stove or outdoor fire pit. Let your dog romp through the expansive lawn or explore the wooded areas of the property and dip your feet in the on-site, private waters of Lewis Creek.
The property offers gorgeous moutain views from its large deck—enjoy as you cookout on the charcoal grill.

Calm and serene—this property is extremely private, making it a perfect woodsy getaway. It’s also just minutes from downtown Windham’s restaurants, bars, local shops and art galleries and Windham Mountain for skiing and hiking. We encourage you to explore the other nearby towns as well! Hunter (20 mins), Tannersville (25 mins), Catskill (35 mins), and Hudson (50 mins).
