Catherine welcomes you in an authentic 19th century outbuilding carefully restored, located on a beautiful closed property (with gate) and perfectly maintained (historical former family agricultural estate of which the lovely farmhouse remains, residence today of the owners) , nestled in a peaceful typical rural hamlet, in the heart of the wine-growing countryside of the southern Côtes Chalonnaises. 3 km from the picturesque village of Saint-Martin-du-Tartre nestled on the hillside at an altitude of 430m, like a "panoramic belvedere", rich in a listed Gothic Romanesque church dating from the 11th century & a sumptuous view unobstructed on the verdant valley of the Guye and its magnificent unspoilt countryside. Splendid surrounding landscaped setting, at the same time wine-growing, agricultural & natural, nestled in the hollow of a bucolic bocage valley of meadows, under the wooded ridges of the gentle surrounding hills, a stone's throw from the very first vineyards & several wild forests (at explore during restful & relaxing walks or mountain bike rides). Spacious cottage of great comfort. Vast living room with a beautiful "cathedral" volume. Warm cachet of "chic countryside", plush & refined, enhanced by a careful heritage restoration (conservation of the frame and stone walls of the original building). Cosy, cocooning and very cozy atmosphere. Lots of charm & character. Pleasant terrace of 35m² partly shaded under a canisse, very carefully vegetated & flowered and perfectly decorated (with long chairs & hammock chair). Composition: Detached house neighboring the owners' house (total independence without vis-à-vis). Wireless. Electric heating. Single-storey gite: living room-kitchen-lounge, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190cm / double bed 180x190cm), shower room (shower/WC). Terrace (35m²) + shaded carport + private parking. Court in common with owners. Amenities (including supermarket) 9 km away. Creusot TGV station at 19 km. Authentic 19th century agricultural outbuilding carefully revisited into a very comfortable holiday resort, nestled in peace in the heart of the wine-growing countryside of the south of the Côte Chalonnaise, very close to the charming medieval, wine-growing and shopping villages of Saint-Gengoux-le-National labeled "Cités de Character of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté" (9 km) & Buxy (13 km), both offering many amenities (including supermarkets). Charming typical hamlet nestled in the hollow of a bucolic hilly landscaped setting, gentle succession of hillsides of vineyards, groves, meadows & forests, partly protected in "Zone Natura 2000" for the rarity of its ecosystem. Prime location on the routes of the Romanesque churches circuit, the "Route des Grands Vins", a marked footpath in "green walk" (to be covered on foot or mountain bike / very rich network of identical hiking trails, winding between vineyards and nature, to be discovered on the territory) & a marked cycle route directly connected to the greenway, 7 km from a referenced "favorite cycle loop" of 26 km (2 other routes of the same type at travel within a radius of about fifteen km), 6 km from the GR76, 7 km from the GR7 & 9 km from the greenway. Ideal for exploring: 13 km from the medieval town of Mont-Saint-Vincent, 22 km from the medieval town of Brancion, 25 km from Le Creusot (renamed the Combes amusement park / Creusot TGV station 19 km away), 30 km from Chalon-sur-Saône (labeled "City of Art and History"), 32 km from Tournus (abbey site of world renown), 33 km from the illustrious abbey city of Cluny, 41 km from Charolles, 52 km from 'Autun, 55 km from Beaune & 55 km from Mâcon TGV station. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unseren Gastgebern empfangen. Der Check in, als auch Check out war, wie auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld unkompliziert. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Wir empfanden es sogar noch besser, als auf den Foto‘s. Das Haus befindet sich zwar auf einem gemeinsamen Grundstück, jedoch bleibt man dennoch ungestört. Ganz lieben Dank, wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt.
