Get your Florida Sunshine at the luxurious Jade East Tower! This beachfront condo has a great floorplan and a Gulf front master, updated furnishings and new flooring in the sleeping areas.. We love the views from the 3rd floor and right on our private beach!

With 3 large bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms there is plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. A full kitchen, laundry room, and even your own private parking spot will make you feel at home! We have a king bed in the Master, a King bed in room #2 and 2 full beds in room #3. There is also a queen size bed hidden in the sofa in the living room. The Master bathroom is brand new for 2025!

Jade East has 3 elevators serving only 5 condos on each floor! We have 2 charcoal grills and 2 gas grills and a nice pool and beach access right right out the rear of the building..

The beachfront balcony gives you a front row view of the beautiful Emerald Coast and the lush tropical landscaped grounds.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from a vendor on the beach but not included in our base rent.

Jade East is a gated beachfront complex and we own our private beach! No access issues here. There are no public access points for nearly a mile in either direction. VRBO states .92 mile from the beach but what they mean is the public access down the beach. We have our own private beach right outside the door.

We are located across from Big Kahunas with Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Pizza Hut, and Chick Fil A all within walking distance.

This is the beach! While we make every effort to keep the sand out it still gets inside. It sticks to everything and blows in the air when it is windy.

We offer a 24 hour clean guarantee. If we need to come back they will.

We highly recommend travel insurance.

Please tell us about yourself and your group when inquiring or requesting a stay. This is our 2nd home and we like to get to know our visitors.

Place needs a little updating. The cleaning crew should be fired. Nice views and overall, we were pleased. The pool was colder than the ocean. We likely won’t come back to this unit.

Wonderful property, we’ve stayed at Jade East for 9 years but this is the first time in this unit. Property is located on the second floor and has a great view.

The property is absolutely beautiful right on the beach and the view just stunning. The hosts are great to work with and provide all the details you need step by step. Very responsive too. Pictures are true to view. Very spacious. Well maintained as well. I will be staying here again.

Stayed from 7/12-7/19. Enjoyed the room and location. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had easy access to the beach and pool. Short walk to the beach also, only 1 flight of stairs (4 steps). Makes it REAL easy for us dads with coolers and cargo. The beach is private so they have chairs/umbrellas for rent. You can bring your own, but you cannot block or setup early in front of people. I DO like this a lot !! Real close to some great restaurants and shopping. 8/10 rating.

Perfecy family vacation!

Owners went above and beyond to make our vacation fabulous! Excellent owners, spotless property inside and the grounds. Amazing views and surrounded by great restaurants and attractions for whole family. It is the extras in this condo that make it a perfect family choice.

Amazing beach oasis for our family

Condo was beautiful, clean, plenty of space, with stunning views. The pool was heated to 95!! Also very clean. The beach was amazing- gorgeous aqua water, daily dolphin sightings, buttery soft sand! We will be back!

Great stay!

The condo was clean, communication with the property owner was great, and the quick access to the beach cannot not be beat! Plenty of restaurants in the area and things to do if kids need a break from the beach. Wonderful place to stay!

Destin Delight

We had an amazing vacation in Destin! The condo was clean, had beautiful views, perfect location, and the owner had great communication. It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. The beach was just steps away and was absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend this rental and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

Family vacation

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Great location to everything including beach access, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Lonnie had great communication throughout the entire booking process, leading up to our stay, and during our vacation. Very quick responses to all questions we had. Condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever

I would rate the condo more than 5 stars if I could.The hosts are amazing. The view is spectacular. We sat on the deck and watched dolphins jumping out of the water. We were just steps from the beautiful white sand beach and the crystal clear water. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was the perfect size for us, decorated beautifully, and very clean. Zero complaints. The groundskeepers were constantly cleaning and maintaining the outside. We will definitely be back, and we will not stay anywhere else. Best vacation ever!

Our time at this property was great. My only complaint would be that the condo is dated. Parking was very convenient, beach access was easy, and the deck was wonderful.

Beautiful visit!

We were completely satisified with our stay at the Jade East. The location and view from the balcony were perfect. The condo had everything we needed and then some including beach toys, rafts, even a kite! The ease of beach access is so convenient and easy. We enjoyed the wonderful beach and pool daily. The owner was responsive and even allowed us a later check out since our flight was at 6PM. We appreciated their flexibility and quick response. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

Perfectly beautiful!

We had six adults, ages 58 to 32. Perfect location and to the beach. Being on the second floor was nice and quick access to the beach. We had all the amenities we needed. I miss read that there was a Keurig and brought ours too, so we had 3 coffee pots as there were 2 here. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was good to so the kids had their own. I bring a lot when driving in from Alabama, my husband says I bring the kitchen. But I don’t like buying essentials when I have it already. Shopping was close and we walked over to several places including a local seafood market which was nice. Owners were very responsive, checking on things when we got there and during our stay. We had to get an extra parking pass and they had no issues of supplying this for us. Overall we loved the condo, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful view

My sister and I brought our daughters for a girls trip. We had a wonderful time and the beach was very close and beautiful! Lonnie texted the day of arrival and said we could check in early, which was fantastic. The condo has a great set up, lots of space to spread out if you want to. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked but we knew that going in. The only negatives were: Sometimes the hot water took a long time to heat up. The master jacuzzi tub jets and shower drain had black gunk in them (Lonnie said the tub was being replaced, but that would’ve been nice to know in advance). We came at the end of the season so the condo was due for a deep clean. My sister and nieces stayed in the two front rooms and were awakened around 6 am every day by the trash truck coming to empty the garbage chutes/containers. You can’t do much about that, but guests should be aware of it. Overall we were happy with our stay. The area is very nice and the condo is gated so no one can get in without a code.

It had so much potential…it could have made our week!!

Dirty Harrys famous line “Do you feel lucky? we’ll do you punk,” always come to mine when it’s time to rent a condo in sunny Florida. Well this time I got punked!! As 45 year veterans in Florida travel, we know what we are looking for and are not extremest, there are certain “must” a condominium has to have: very good AC, great ice maker,, easy to use TV controls, and easy access to the beach/pool. Our recent stay at Jade East, room 220, failed to deliver on just about all of the above. Ice maker did not work, but what was bad, the owners knew that, but let us find it out the hard way. For 7 people, in the hottest Florida weather, there were two ice trays. Really? We contacted the owner, they said they would get their man on it, didn’t happen, so we had no ice all week. TV controls needed a PHD in remotes, there were about 5, that we eventually figured out, but no Netflix or Prime Video. Access to beach, got to figure out elevators that people got stuck in, just 45 minutes, good thing fire department was close, or, access code readers going out and can’t get to beach. Then there was front door that wouldn’t lock all the time, so you push on door and it just opened. The spin on the washer didn’t spin all the time. The light in kitchen had some bulbs work, some not, sometimes light, sometimes dark. Had to keep fan on in master bedroom toilet because the room smelled like urine. Bottom line, as Arnold’s line but in the negative, “we won’t be back!”

Fantastic stay!

Excellent property - just as advertised it is bright with the corner windows and exceptional views and location. Hosts were very prompt with questions and the property was clean, great layout for our family. Close to the beach, nice big pool and great location for activities!

Our Destin Vacation

We had a great time and would book this place again! The owner was quick to respond when I had questions/concerns. Small things need updated . Coffee pot leaked. The door doesn’t have a lock on the inside so kids can get out. Otherwise no complaints!

Great property

This 3 bed/3 bath was a wonderful month long stay. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the whole beach experience. Lonnie and Meghan were always quick to reply to our questions and provided us excellent information regarding the property. The gated grounds, parking lot, fitness center and pool areas were well maintained. Unfortunately, pool heater broke during our stay and was going to be replaced just after we checked out. Great location to beach, restaurants and stores. We highly recommend this property!
