Get your Florida Sunshine at the luxurious Jade East Tower! This beachfront condo has a great floorplan and a Gulf front master, updated furnishings and new flooring in the sleeping areas.. We love the views from the 3rd floor and right on our private beach!

With 3 large bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms there is plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. A full kitchen, laundry room, and even your own private parking spot will make you feel at home! We have a king bed in the Master, a King bed in room #2 and 2 full beds in room #3. There is also a queen size bed hidden in the sofa in the living room. The Master bathroom is brand new for 2025!

Jade East has 3 elevators serving only 5 condos on each floor! We have 2 charcoal grills and 2 gas grills and a nice pool and beach access right right out the rear of the building..

The beachfront balcony gives you a front row view of the beautiful Emerald Coast and the lush tropical landscaped grounds.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from a vendor on the beach but not included in our base rent.

Jade East is a gated beachfront complex and we own our private beach! No access issues here. There are no public access points for nearly a mile in either direction. VRBO states .92 mile from the beach but what they mean is the public access down the beach. We have our own private beach right outside the door.

We are located across from Big Kahunas with Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Pizza Hut, and Chick Fil A all within walking distance.

This is the beach! While we make every effort to keep the sand out it still gets inside. It sticks to everything and blows in the air when it is windy.

We offer a 24 hour clean guarantee. If we need to come back they will.

We highly recommend travel insurance.
