Jade East Towers Unit 1630 is a luxurious 2 bed/ 2 bath beach-front condominium in Destin, Florida. This unit comfortably sleeps 8 with its King, 2 Queen, and sleeper sofa bed setup. Enjoy stunning Gulf views from the private balcony, or enjoy access to the sea-side pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and more!

The master suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, granite vanity, walk-in closet, flat screen tv, ceiling fan, and stunning coastal views. The guest room has two queen beds, flat screen tv, ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. Privacy is ensured with a pocket door separating the guest bedroom and bathroom from the main living area.

The living room includes a pull-out couch, flat screen tv, ceiling fan, floor-to-ceiling windows/doors to the balcony, granite wet bar, and breathtaking views.

During your stay, you can relax by the beachfront pool, walk on the soft white sand, or take a dip in the hot tub. The property also has a fitness room, two outdoor tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a boat and bike wash station. After a day of fishing on a charter boat, you can grill out and enjoy your fresh catch!

Located in Downtown Destin, Jade East Towers is within walking distance of fun attractions like Big Kahunas and The Track, as well as many delicious restaurants. Harbor Walk Village is just a short drive away as well, where you'll enjoy an endless day of fun!

Excellent view with a nice, wonderful condo. Definitely would stay again. Good communication with the owner was very helpful with getting checked in and answering all questions within a timely manner.

Beautiful condo and super clean. Staff at the Jade East was very nice and always greeted us with a smile. We used the grills which were clean and very easy to use. Highly recommend this establishment.

The view from the 16th floor was perfect.From Dolphins swimming by each morning to the Fighter Jets and Falcons (Actual Birds) from time to time.It really was a great Vacation !

Great unit. Property centrally located to restaurants and the beach is very well maintained by a 3rd party company that manages chairs and umbrellas.

This condo was absolutely beautiful, plenty of room, great views of the beach and the elevators weren’t horrible which is always a pain point. The pool was nice and clean and the beach wasn’t crowded. Water was crystal clear. We really enjoyed our stay and the responsiveness of the owner during booking and checkin. Thank you!

The beach view from this rooms balcony was amazing and check-in was streamlined with no issues. Despite the view, location and check-in and out, this condos was gross in terms of cleanliness. There was a thick layer of dust/filth on the vent for the cold air return in the entryway and on ceiling fans, the throw rugs in the living room and bedroom were disgusting, dirty, sandy and sticky, the showers weren’t the cleanest and the one took forever to drain, the balcony furniture was also grimy, sun beaten and torn. The white culking around the balcony door was constantly wet managed to constantly get on clothes and skin. The bifold door in the kitchen pantry was falling off, the beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. We had roaches, not a one off sighting, daily encounters. As far as the roach issue goes, this must have been a known problem that no one informed me of because mid stay I got a text message letting me know that pest control would be in my my condo during my stay. My family and I stay at beach front condos once sometimes twice a summer, this one has been the dirtiest and most uncomfortable stay by far and I doubt I’d ever stay here again

We’re very sorry your stay fell short in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control. That is unacceptable, and we wish we had known during your stay so we could have addressed these issues immediately. We have passed your report to our housekeeping team, maintenance, and the property owner. Actions being taken include a thorough deep clean (vents, fans, rugs, showers, balcony), inspection and repair/replacement of balcony furniture and the pantry bifold door, an evaluation of the balcony door caulking and shower drainage, review of mattresses/pillows, and an intensified pest‑control inspection/treatment. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — feedback like yours helps us improve the experience for future guests.

I really can’t say terrible because we never got to stay there. Day 1 the codes didn’t work. We tried to call and no one answered. We called VRBO who had two different representatives attempted to reach you unsuccessfully. After an hour and a half we were given two options go somewhere for the night or take a full reimbursement. We chose the latter as we weren’t going to spend all of our vacation moving back and forth. My understanding was the VRBO was going to be resolving this issue with you. I have reached out to my attorney in regards to what options I have moving forward. Neither you or the VRBO provided us anything for services already provided in advance. I expect a full refund for this huge failure.
