Snow holidays

Very confortable place right on the snow and close to first lift. Central position to join both La Plagne and Les Arcs ski areas.

The flat did a great job for 5 day's skiing for a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers). Kitchen very well stocked with cooking equipment, decent showers, and quiet. Pretty easy walk to Les Coches centre for a shop, bakery, restaurants etc. Couldn't ski down to Montchavin lift because of poor snow cover but that was to be expected for December, but could walk a short distance up a steep hill to the lift above in a few minutes. Great access to the rest of La Plagne and across to Les Arcs. Would recommend.

Well situated and clean apartment in the La Plagne ski area. The friendly host is communicating well. The apartment is very okay staying with four persons. Many amenities and a great view from the rlliving room and balcony. With more people it is a bit too small and people sleeping in the cabin will have to stand smells from the cooking and early awakeners. The only toilet is in one of the two bathrooms. The apartment building is a bit noisy but during regular sleeping hours there were no disturbing noises. All in all, a great stay in the house of a kind host.

Great Value Ski In Ski Our apartment

The apartment in Les Coches is true ski-in ski-out.The Les Coches location is convenient for both La Plagne and Les Arcs.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including cleaning materials.Isabelle was very communicative leading up to and during our stay.Overall a great stay and great value for the price that we paid.

Thank you Isabelle for a great stay! Your apartment was exactly as described and you couldn't have been more helpful in assisting with our check in process and general queries. The apartment is perfectly positioned for ski in / ski out via the piste down to the Montchavin chair lift. it is also very well located for accessing the restaurants and shops in Les Caches by foot. We all had a great time!

Excellent apartment

Amazing stay in Les Coches. Apartment is right on the slope. Sadly snow conditions meant we could not ski out, but a small climb took us to a lift and we were on our way. We were family of 4 and apartment felt spacious and was well equipped with a nice balcony overlooking the piste. Isabelle (the owner) was super helpful and check in/out was very easy. Les Coches is superbly located to explore La Plagne and Les Arcs and the town is walkable with a few restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

A lovely apartment close to a “challenging” piste

Lovely clean, well appointed apartment with plenty of room for the four of us. Don’t under-estimate the red run to get to the lift in the morning though, given the height and climate it made for an icy run most mornings. The piste basher was a welcome sight on the nights it was bashed. Altogether a great stay in a great location, easy to head over to les arcs via the vanoise express or into La plagne. Baker was a 5-10 minute walk. Clear communication from the apartment manager meant that check-in went without a hitch. Couldn’t fault it!

Good apartment

The apartment sleeps 6 people but we only had 3. The living area and kitchen are quite small and the kitchen has an odd layout with no cutlery drawer, no toaster. There is a dishwasher. It is acceptable for a ski apartment but it doesn’t feel cosy and there are too many rooms. We were not told about the requirement to leave the key inside the apartment which wasted us an hours skiing on our final day.

Thank you for your feedback which unfortunately contains several inaccuracies: • there is a toaster in the fully equipped kitchen (you could find it ... in the cupboard) • departure time BEFORE 11 am corresponds to the rental rules recorded on the ABRITEL platform and this was communicated to you several times by message which you unfortunately did not read, despite several reminders. • Your "desire" to ski on the day of departure almost penalized the family who arrived after you on the same day • The afternoon was greatly needed to clean and tidy the flat after your departure as you did not, once again, respect the instructions: the sheets were not collected, the bin was not thrown away, there was rubbish on the table and the fridge was not emptied. This is not respectful of the owners, the family coming after you, and the cleaning team (I guess you appreciated how clean was the flat clean when you arrived) • Glad to hear that you found our mountain flat perfectly adapted for your ski holiday and that it has many rooms!

Séjour très agréable

Un appartement fonctionnel et incroyablement équipé. Très propre. L’ascenseur est un plus quand il faut décharger les bagages ! L’appartement est orienté côté montagne, avec une belle vue comparé aux appartements côté route. La communication avec Isabelle a été parfaite du début à la fin et elle a bien répondu à toutes nos questions, que ce soit sur les environs, les cours esf, ou l’appartement en lui-même. Seul mini hic : le départ « skis aux pieds » de la résidence n’est pas possible avec des jeunes enfants (piste rouge verglacée), il faut donc monter ou descendre à pieds pour aller aux cours collectifs. Mais aucun problème pour les skieurs adultes et/ou confirmés. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille.

Pour une première expérience sur Les Coches, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'isabelle qui est très bien équipé. Mention spéciale sur la localisation en bord de piste très appréciable tant le matin pour le départ que le soir après une bonne journée de ski dans ce grand domaine de paradiski

Logement parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé par rapport aux pistes depuis la local à ski du bâtiment et assez fonctionnel pour 5 adultes. Il y a des places de parking juste en face et il est à 10 minutes à pied du centre du village. L’hôte était super sympa et disponible à la moindre question.

U point de départ parfait pour profiter du domaine Paradiski

L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé, parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes avec ses 2 chambres. Il est situé au pied des pistes (attention : il s'agit d'une piste rouge) et peut donc vraiment être qualifié de ski aux pieds. L'ensemble du domaine est accessible très rapidement aussi bien côté La Plagne que les Arcs. Les commerces sont à 10 minutes à pieds au centre du village des Coches. Merci à Isabelle pour la communication facile et agréable et pour la gentille attention à l'arrivée.

Super séjour

J'ai récemment séjourné dans ce logement au pied des pistes. L'appart était propre, bien entretenu et très fonctionnel. La communication avec Isabelle a été très facile et a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions.Elle a été très arrangeante pour nous laisser arriver plus tôt et partir plus tard.

L'appartement est bien situé, à quelques minutes des remontées mécaniques. Ideal pour un séjour à la Plagne entre amis tout en étant un peu à l'écart dans un village charmant ! Isabelle est très sympathique et réactive.

Agréable séjour baigné de soleil!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement lumineux et bien équipé. Situé à 10 min du centre du village et à proximité des pistes, même si l'enneigement actuel n'est pas optimum. Nous recommandons!

Semaine magnifique aux Coches

Appartement très bien équipé situé au pied des pistes, à 10' à pied du centre village et des commerces par un chemin enneigé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé notre véhicule de la semaine. Accès au domaine skiable de la Plagne, immense et très varié, qui permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur sur les skis. Gestion par une conciergerie située à Landry, village situé dans la vallée, sur la route d'accès à la station, facilitant la remise des clés à l'arrivée puis au départ.
