Good size apartment in good location.

The apartment is a great location for Paisey, Les Arcs & Le Plagne. Bear in mind that it is only at 1250m so when snowfall is limited, the ski route back to the apartment can be patchy/slushy. The apartment itself is good - well equipped for self catering. Plenty of hot water & heating good if you need it. Like many ski apartments, storage is limited, particularly if trying to dry wet gear overnight. Street parking is available but limited so if you secure one close by - don’t leave it! The village is good - a 5 minute walk. The route is steep so the walk back is not for the feint hearted. One supermarket & a handful of restaurants & bars. The bedrooms are a good size & two bathrooms plus two separate toilets is great. The addition of a washing machine is a bonus. All in all, a good find - would recommend.

Stanislas et ça famille ont été d’excellents locataires, de la communication jusqu’à leur respect des règles et du logement en passant par leur bienveillance malgré quelques petits incidents techniques de notre côté, tout était parfait. Très chouette séjour!

Appartement propre et moderne. Très bien équipé. Superbes vues sur les montagnes. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Accès aux pistes aisé. Il faut juste savoir qu'il est situé en haut d'un chemin assez pentu par rapport au centre et aux commerces. Je recommande!

Sejour familial a Montchavin en août !!!

Aout 2023: alerte meteo canicule, 5 degres de gagné, youpi!!! il fait 35° à notre arrivée mais il y a l'air de la montagne, les sentiers decouverte,les oeufs, la vue sur le Mont Blanc et l'espace aquatique Paradisio!!! 3 jours plus tard, changement de programme: pluie a gogo et thermomètre a 9° mais pas grave car raclette, fondue locales et balade ds la brume, jeux de société, puzzles.... Fin de sejour: montee jusqu'au lac noir: belle decouverte sous le soleil, chouette panorama......family crevée, berger australien ravi!!!! Depart avec vue sur le mont Blanc enneigé et ensoleillé : fond d'ecran du portable! En résumé: au top l'été, a decouvrir l'hiver et commerçants tres sympas! Vous partez quand??.?

Lovely apartment in a great location

Situated on the quiet side of Montchavin with views over Les Arcs. Lovely apartment on two floors. Well equipped, modern & very comfortable for 6 people. Communication with Cyrille was excellent. Will definitely book again.
