There are plenty of sights to see, and you can reach the harbor and the banks of the Rance River via the famous Rue du Jerzual. The magnificent beaches of the Emerald Coast are less than 30 minutes from the apartment. During your stay, you can also explore and visit Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel, Erquy, Dinard, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Cancale, the Brocéliande Forest, and more...<br><br>The apartment is located on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator. The stairs are wide but, unfortunately, not suitable for people with limited mobility.<br><br>Free parking is available less than five minutes away.<br><br>The duplex apartment features a bright living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, and an additional half-bath. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.<br><br>The bedrooms measure 16 and 12 m² and each have a large closet and a 140x190 bed. They are quiet and overlook a park.<br><br>Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A washing machine is located in the bathroom.<br><br>Living room with a 4-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, TV with Orange TV, table and 4 chairs, and storage cabinet.<br><br>Linens and made-up beds are available upon arrival for €10 per person per stay (fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, towels, dish towels).
