Lorgeril is an apartment ideally located in a quiet street, in the city center, between the Bourg-l'Évêque district and the Mail François Mitterrand, a major place of conviviality in Rennes. This two-bedroom apartment, which can accommodate 4 people, is located a few minutes walk from the historic district and one of the main arteries of the city, filled with large terraces opening onto a wooded area. The perfect place to come and take the pulse of the city, have a drink, shop for organic and local products on Wednesday afternoons and play local games, such as the shuffleboard.
This 65m2 apartment has an entrance leading to a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with: traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and all of the crockery and utensils for the kitchen. There is also an adjoining laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The bright living room is equipped with a dining table for 4 people, a TV, a large sofa for 3 people, an armchair, as well as a bay window opening onto a terrace.
In the extension of the entrance is a long corridor with dressing room, leading to the two bedrooms separated by a bathroom with pressure jets.
The first bedroom has a large dressing room and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom, a spacious chest of drawers. The two bedrooms have a 160x200cm bed, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The wifi connection is free, sheets and towels provided and installed on your arrival so that all you have to do is put your suitcases down!
