Cocoonr agency offers this charming 70 m² flat for rent in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty, light-filled 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with American fridge and tap water filtration system, two beautiful bedrooms with TV and King and Queen Size beds, a bathroom (with shower) and a covered balcony overlooking the Vilaine.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 70 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms, 1 king-size bed (180×200) or 2 twin beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Exterior :
- South-facing balcony with garden furniture and shelter
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close at hand.
Direct access to Bacchus (café theater) and Mail François Mitterrand.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: 2.6 km
- Nearest airport: 6.5 km
- Subway: Mabilais - 700 meters
