This sweet condo is located in a quiet community. It offers 2 beds/2 full baths. This condo is located on the bottom floor. The condo is conveniently located just minutes from all professional sports stadiums, arenas and track. It’s a quick drive to downtown Kansas City and minutes from Overland Park. We are also close to several softball, baseball and soccer fields. If you 're looking for the perfect getaway for the family, a romantic weekend or a girls/guys trip this is the perfect location! Kansas City is beautiful for the holidays!!!
We love our little condo and hope you will fall in love and want to come back!
Our HOA will not allow stays under 30 days to use the pool.

Brand new carpet so please remove your shoes. No food in bedrooms Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
Absolutely no parties or large gatherings. You will be asked to leave immediately. No smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco or drugs of any kind allowed
There will be a $200/day charge if there is smoking in the unit. If the condo cannot be rented out after you leave you will be charged $100 per day.

Spring visit

We stayed for a week over Easter & Spring Break. Condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Location was great and easy to get to all the sights around KC. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, easy access.

It was a nice quiet clean place. There were just two of us, however it would be a perfect place for four people or two couples. Very well set up for two couples. We would definitely book it again.

My husband David and I live in Nebraska. We purchased this home as a place to stay when we visit our children in Kansas City. When we aren't using it we love to have people as our guests. We tried to make it as comfortable as possible so you feel at home.

We are located between two major highways so you can get to everything quickly. You’ll enjoy a kitchen with everything that you need to prepare your meals. Two full baths and a dining area will make your experience even better!! We are proud to say that people tell us they feel at home in our properties.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Shawnee, KS. While staying here you will be minutes away from everything that KC has to offer! You will be close to NASCAR, Chiefs and Royals games, the Power and Light District, outlet malls and several wineries. We are also close to several baseball, softball and soccer fields where numerous tournaments are held.
