Updated single family home in great neighborhood, with amenities for all to enjoy including: hot tub, firepit, ample outdoor seating, theater room with high end sound system, PS4, fully stocked kitchen and much more!

The home, located in a quiet neighborhood in south Overland Park, is a spacious 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths single family house with everything you need for a short or long term comfortable stay.

The main level living room has a 65” smart TV with an enhanced stereo system. Up a 1/2 flight of stairs is the dining area with room for 6-8 people, fully-equipped kitchen, two of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Down a 1/2 flight of stairs from the main level is the theater with comfortable seating, 75” smart TV, premium sound system all designed to provided an awesome movie, TV or PS4 experience. Off the Theater is the laundry room. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the top level with a king size bed and plenty of privacy.

Don’t miss the backyard with a 6 person hot tub, plenty outdoor seating, fire pit, dining and grill areas and hand built glider chairs for your enjoyment!

Easy access to 69 hwy and from there, quick highway access to your KC plans!

Depending on when or how long the stay becomes, there may be someone who comes by to mow the lawn or take the trash out.

Residential neighborhood - light traffic as the street is not a `through street`. The subdivision also has a park with trail and kids play area < a 5 minute walk from the home.

Parking spots for 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is available too.

Girls Work Getaway

3 of my closest friends and I were attending a Leadership event in Overland Park and decided to get a VRBO instead of a hotel. We are so glad we did! The house was great. Lots of seating, very comfortable beds, great hot tub, and fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

The property is in a great neighborhood. My kids loved that it was decorated for Christmas! Property was very clean. They have really thought of everything. The hot tub and the PS4 were a family favorite.

Perfect neighborhood

Everything was great. The house was bigger than we needed and everything you need is there. The neighborhood was great and quiet. We would definitely stay here again

Not exceptional

Handy man do it yourself not quite right. furnishing dated walls dirty chipped scuffed. I always check mattress here pee stained on master king and double mattress. I slept in basement game room. Kept thinking what was under the mattress pad. Main floor bathroom shower could not get to work. We had to use upstairs bathroom. The shower doors in master bedroom are dated from 70’s and handle kept falling off. Not handicapped accessible. 3 levels stairs. Out side deck two levels floor blends in. My husband fell hard scraping his knee and elbow. Needs to be highlighted to know there’s a step down. Hot tub was great fire pit great the area was littered with leaves yard has piles of tree limp trimmings grass not mowed or trimmed. Everything seating is dated faded. Fridge freezer door can’t open all the way unless you open the outside door. Listing showed evacuate clean you get a dated rundown do it yourself er. I pay premium for premium not this. Game room is exceptional my two boys loved that. The mattresses are my biggest complaint other than safety issues. Steps down to hot tub are at different spacing causing another trip hazard. Thermostat tempt kept changing back to 73. I need 68-70 hot flashes. I would set it a few hours later changed. I did not contact the owner. He Has to knows this already not into confrontations. I pay for exceptional I expect it.

comfy home, great patio

Safe, quiet neighborhood. kitchen well equipped, nice TV and sound system in the living room. Backyard patio was the hit of our stay. Very comfortable with plenty of room.

Another great stay!

We have stayed here as a family before and we will continue to make it a regular location for us. We came in for 9 days and had everything we needed, the kitchen is well stocked, the size of the home and layout is great with 3 kiddos and there are even to areas set up to spread out if someone wants down time to watch tv. The outdoor space is great, we spent every morning out there having coffee.

Great communication

Dave is the best host I've encountered. He's very kind, quick when it comes to responding and accommodating. The home is beautiful and clean. The home has everything you could possibly need for a weekend stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Stay

This home was beautiful and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We especially loved how clean and comfortable it was. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was great and we had no issues or concerns at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Home Sweet Home!

We lived in Leawood for 26 years (left 11 years ago) and come back often. We were in town for a wedding with our 27-year old who was in the wedding. We have always struggled to find clean and comfortable accommodations in south KC and do not prefer hotels. David is an exceptional host and we had THE most relaxing weekend. The location is perfect and the house is clean, adorable, and quiet. They have thought of everything! The beds are super comfortable and the bedding is awesome (we are hotel snobs so this is a huge issue for us). Water pressure and temp perfect. My favorite towels and Costco shampoo and conditioner! We rarely travel and come home rested. This was a great weekend for us. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks David!!

Such a great weekend...We laughed until we peed our pants!!

David, thank you for the wonderful experience we had staying the weekend here!! We're all "senior gals" that were in 1st grade together (70 years ago), meeting up for a "reunion". None of us had ever been to a VRBO that had so many extras!...all the shampoos, conditioners, lotions, creams, q-tips, dental flossers...and the list goes on and on!! And the devices to charge our phones and tablets, etc. In almost every room...WOW!! The backyard experience was amazing with the patio, fire pit, and veranda with comfy sofas and chairs/rockers was sooo relaxing, and just what we needed! The communication with you was easy and you were so quick to respond. You are such a great host David, and I give you 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU AGAIN! And for anyone looking for a "Home away from Home", look no further. You won't be sorry!! -from four 70something best friends
