The home, located in a quiet neighborhood in south Overland Park, is a spacious 3 bedrooms / 2 baths single family house with everything you need for a short or long term comfortable stay.

The main level living room has a 65” smart TV with an enhanced stereo system. Up a 1/2 flight of stairs is the dining area with room for 6-8 people, fully-equipped kitchen, two of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Down a 1/2 flight of stairs from the main level is the theatre with comfortable seating, 75” smart TV, premium sound system all designed to provided an awesome movie, TV or PS4 experience. Off the Theater room is the laundry room. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the top level with a king size bed and plenty of privacy.

Don’t miss the backyard with ample outdoor seating, hot tub, fire pit, dining and charcoal and propane grilling options - along with hand built glider chairs for your enjoyment! Need more room? Take a 5 minute walk to Brittany Park!

Girls Work Getaway

3 of my closest friends and I were attending a Leadership event in Overland Park and decided to get a VRBO instead of a hotel. We are so glad we did! The house was great. Lots of seating, very comfortable beds, great hot tub, and fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

The property is in a great neighborhood. My kids loved that it was decorated for Christmas! Property was very clean. They have really thought of everything. The hot tub and the PS4 were a family favorite.

Safe, quiet neighborhood. kitchen well equipped, nice TV and sound system in the living room. Backyard patio was the hit of our stay. Very comfortable with plenty of room.

Another great stay!

We have stayed here as a family before and we will continue to make it a regular location for us. We came in for 9 days and had everything we needed, the kitchen is well stocked, the size of the home and layout is great with 3 kiddos and there are even to areas set up to spread out if someone wants down time to watch tv. The outdoor space is great, we spent every morning out there having coffee.

Wonderful Stay

This home was beautiful and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We especially loved how clean and comfortable it was. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was great and we had no issues or concerns at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Family visit

Back in KC for a nieces wedding. This was a great home that was recently remodeled with quality furnishings. Very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Great communication

Dave is the best host I've encountered. He's very kind, quick when it comes to responding and accommodating. The home is beautiful and clean. The home has everything you could possibly need for a weekend stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Well stocked and clean home!

We enjoyed your home during our stay in Kansas City while we reconnected with family friends! The home was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful and comfortable to enjoy the great Fall weather. The property manager was very responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely stay again!

Spring Break 2024

The house was great for a few days' stay on a family vacation over Spring Break. Provided a good venue for four generations to spend time together inside and out. No shortage of kitchen pots/pans/etc. and towels. The Hot Tub worked great. Great water pressure in the house. Very large TVs were a bonus. Owner communication was excellent. Thanks!

This is an awesome house!

This house had everything we needed, from any spice you can think of to great pots and pans in any size. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully. The host could not have been more attentive to all our needs and questions. Even though the property is pet friendly there is no smell or sign of pet stains. The hot tub is big and comfortable. Of all the VRBO properties we have stayed at this house is in our top choice.

Beautiful Home, Great Location, Cozy

We so much enjoyed our stay for the following reasons: 1) Home - clean and cutely decorated, very cozy, great layout for 2 families to have privacy while staying together, loved having the deck, grills and hot tub, kids enjoyed basement theater space with PlayStation, lots of towels and home items for use 2) Host - David was very responsive and friendly, we ran out of gas in grill and he was quick to accommodate, offered tips/recommendations for the area 3) Location - home is in a private area where we felt very safe, close to lots of things to do (groceries, restaurants, shopping, activities such as Top Golf and Dave and Busters) Thank you for an excellent stay in KC!

Home Sweet Home!

We lived in Leawood for 26 years (left 11 years ago) and come back often. We were in town for a wedding with our 27-year old who was in the wedding. We have always struggled to find clean and comfortable accommodations in south KC and do not prefer hotels. David is an exceptional host and we had THE most relaxing weekend. The location is perfect and the house is clean, adorable, and quiet. They have thought of everything! The beds are super comfortable and the bedding is awesome (we are hotel snobs so this is a huge issue for us). Water pressure and temp perfect. My favorite towels and Costco shampoo and conditioner! We rarely travel and come home rested. This was a great weekend for us. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks David!!

Such a great weekend...We laughed until we peed our pants!!

David, thank you for the wonderful experience we had staying the weekend here!! We're all "senior gals" that were in 1st grade together (70 years ago), meeting up for a "reunion". None of us had ever been to a VRBO that had so many extras!...all the shampoos, conditioners, lotions, creams, q-tips, dental flossers...and the list goes on and on!! And the devices to charge our phones and tablets, etc. In almost every room...WOW!! The backyard experience was amazing with the patio, fire pit, and veranda with comfy sofas and chairs/rockers was sooo relaxing, and just what we needed! The communication with you was easy and you were so quick to respond. You are such a great host David, and I give you 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU AGAIN!
