This bright and tropical Florida vacation home boasts Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and the large master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views, unforgettable sunsets or to wake up to the sounds of the surf. The master bedroom features a King bed, while the second bedroom boasts two Queens. The master bath includes a relaxing garden tub and stand-up shower. The remaining bath has a tub/shower combo. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Other features of this upgraded vacation unit include granite counter tops, full-size side-by-side refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. All of the dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed to prepare a great meal for friends or family are also included. Beach service included during season.

The resort charges a registration fee for parking and for wristbands. 2-bedroom unit: $48 + tax +credit card fee
Total $54.04 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 8 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. Late registrations (within 1 day of check-in) will incur an additional $10 penalty fee.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

The unit had plenty of room for our stay. My wife loved the king master bed. Great view of the beach! We liked many of the amenities that were on site for the condo complex. As mentioned in other reviews, the elevators were slow at times as 1 was out of order for maintenance. All in all, pretty great vacation trip!!

Awesome beach condo

My husband and I enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and well decorated. I enjoyed the large soaking tub and nicely sized shower. We were very comfortable here and felt very at home.

18th floor view!

Fabulous two bedroom condo with a terrific view of the ocean. Big bay window in the main bedroom offered panoramic views. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Condo I’ve stayed in @ PCB

Everything was as advertised! I have vacationed at several condos in PCB, but I liked this property best. The space, cleanliness, views, proximity to attractions, parking, etc. checked all of my boxes. I can’t wait to get back there!

Condo was exactly like it says! The place was very nice. The only bad thing was the elevators, you would wait on elevators for 30-45 minutes each time. Other than that it was perfect!

Great condo with terrible elevator system

The condo itself is wonderful. However, we had to wait up to 30 minutes for an elevator during check in and coming back from the beach multiple times.
