ラグランモットの東側、いわゆるレバント側に位置するこのエリアは非常に静かですが、それでも村の中心部800メートルに非常に近いです。 新聞販売店、パン屋、薬局、食料品店などの地元のお店は徒歩5分です。
モンペリエ空港から車で15分、モンペリエの中世の市内中心部から20分の便利な場所にあります。

Excellent séjour !Logement récent, de qualité, spacieux, moderne, fonctionnel et confortable. La clim est un grand plus, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas étendue à la chambre uniquement en cas de canicule comme nous avons eu. Le propriétaire (très sympathique) a tout prévu pour le bien être de ses vacanciers (y compris les diffuseurs anti-moustiques indispensables). Très belle terrasse privative, ne rien laisser de valeur en cas d'absence, ce n'est pas fermé à clé, pourtant, très sécurisé par l'entrée du logement.Agence efficace et cordiale.Je recommande et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner si nous allons à La Grande Motte !

Great little beach apartment!

We loved this place. It’s small but has everything you need. The kids slept on the sleeping sofa (very comfy bed with real matras) and we slept in the bedroom. The property is right next to the beach so you can hear the sea when you open the patio doors, levend that! There are two great little beach restaurants On either side of the shore where you can rent beds and totally relaxe. We had a great time. The property was clean and Vanessa was super helpful. Thanks again!

Excellent apartment right next to the beach

We had a nice week in July. Excellent location at the Levant end of the beach, a few steps away from the centre. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped, clean and modern. It's not big, but big enough for our family of 4. But the most important is the closeness of the beach.

Top locatie voor fijn verblijf.

Accommodatie was netjes, ruim, goeie airco en op een top locatie. Communicatie rond de boeking was vlot vriendelijk en duidelijk. Mochten er iets eerder in wat echt tof was, en onze host gaf ons veel tips om te gaan zien. Ze waren beide super vriendelijk en voelden ons erg welkom! We hebben een heerlijke week gehad, en raden het zeker aan. Olivia en Vanessa bedankt!

Un appartement d'exception sur la plage

J'ai passé 3 semaines de vacances ensoleillées en famille à La Grande Motte, c'est un séjour que je n'oublierai pas. L'appartement est très spacieux, idéalement agencé et décoré avec goût. L'avantage majeur est qu'il est situé à 5 pas (des pas que j'ai comptés) de la plage. Il bénéficie d'une pièce de vie entièrement ouverte sur l'extérieur grâce à deux immenses baies vitrées. J'allais et je venais avec facilité et en toute sécurité. J'ai apprécié de tout faire à pied; les commerces, bars et restaurants sont à quelques minutes de marche. Cependant, l'appartement se situe dans un environnement résidentiel donc reste calme. J'ai pu profiter de magnifiques balades et de séances de yoga sur la plage au petit matin et au coucher de soleil. Je recommande vivement!
