Apartment with a separate bedroom featuring a 160-cm double bed, a spacious kitchen, and living room. Bathroom with a large walk-in shower.<br>Very comfortable 140-cm sofa bed in the living room; reversible air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, and induction cooktop. Espresso machine. Two TVs: a 55-inch in the bedroom and a 32-inch in the living room.<br><br>Close to the Levant and Couchant beaches—a 10-minute walk away. A 100-meter stroll along the harbor promenade, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and bars. Stroll through the town’s tree-lined, shaded streets. Bus stop on the avenue in front of the Aigues-Mortes building in Montpellier. Tram station with service to Montpellier; Étang de l’Or is 10 km away.

Het verblijf was zeer ok, alle comfort binnen, alles op wandelafstand De foto's die we vooraf zagen zijn zeer realistisch.misshien een iets comfortabeler zitting om buiten vb een boek te lezen

Walking distance to beach and more!

We stayed at the apartment for few days. Many shops and restaurants walking distance. The marina is just across the street if you like to look at boats. Kitchen is well equipped if you plan to cook some meals are there local places to buy regional products all around. Walking distance to the beaches.

Appartement lumineux et confortable

Le logement est confortable, agréable à vivre et très bien situé. Claude, le propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande cette adresse.

Weekend parfait.

Claude est un hôte disponible, efficace,réactif et ponctuel. L appartement est très bien décoré, spacieux et très fonctionnel,l équipement est complet et de bonne qualité. Très bonne literie, cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bains spacieuse, équipement électroménager complet. Malgrés sa super situation géographique aucun bruit extérieur ne trouble les moments de sommeil,pas même les apéros sur la jolie petite terrasse. Aucun vis à vis si ce n' est des jardins. Je recommande très vivement cet appartement.
