The patio offers the perfect place to relax and take in the views or monitor the kids at the pool. Both the main bedroom and the living area have a French door out to the patio. This unit has a full size kitchen, with every appliance and amenity one would have in their own home. The living area offers a dining table for six, a comfortable sofa, a loveseat, and upscale tile. Beach service is included from May to October.
*There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.*

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
