1 living room with TV, sofa bed (sleeping 2 people) overlooking loggia SEA VIEW -
1 kitchenette equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, hob 2 ceramic hob, dishwasher -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
1 corner bedroom with double bed for 2 people with duvet -
Private garage. Heating package of 10 €/week from October to May. Electric heating. Washing machine drying. Good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourism classified 3 stars for 4 people.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.
