N°905 - Beautiful studio apartment with sea view terrace and loggia overlooking the bay of Trestraou, 400m from the lively beach of Trestraou, the Nautical Club, restaurants, thalassotherapy, located Kreiz Al Lann Residence in Perros-Guirec, including:
1 living room SEA VIEW with 1 double bed for 2 people with duvet, TV, sofa bed BZ (sleeping 1 pers in 140cm), overlooking the terrace and loggia -
1 kitchenette equipped with hob 2 ceramic hobs, small fridge freezer, combined oven and microwave -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Parking residence. Electric heating. Terrace furniture. Very good condition (maintenance, painting). Entrance residence on a hillside with some steps. Apartment for 3 people, recommended for 2. Common local bike.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, supplement animal (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.

Wir waren absolut zurfrieden mit unserem Appartment mit Blick aufs Meer. Alles war sauber , die Ausstattung war umsichtig und durchdacht. Es fehlte lediglich an einm schärferen Messer zum Schneiden des Brotes und einer funktionsfähigen Haushaltsschere !!!!!

Sommes arrivés sur Perros Guirec un endroit magnifique comme on nous l'avait annoncé donc pas déçu mais au contraire très contents d'avoir choisi cette région avez du soleil au rendez-vous donc plage mer et visites des îles aux alentours. Reviendrons sûrement dans cette région.

Logement très bien équipé et au calme.Vue superbe. Le principe d'une terrasse couverte et d'une autre, découverte, est très bien... pour la Bretagne ! Seul petit bémol: devoir aller jusqu'à Trestignel pour récupérer les clés. Ce serait plus simple à Perros

Une vue magnifique.

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Le studio est petit mais pratique avec tout ce qu’il faut. Environnement très calme, plage à 5mn à pieds.
