Oceanfront Unobstructed View. Oversized large 16' Slider door, opens to a large deck. LINENS PROVIDED! Fully Renovated, Modern New Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, New Bath, New KING Bed in Master, New Queen Murphy Bed, and a Daybed. Everything is New!!! The most amazing View on the Island. Drink your coffee, Eat your Dinner or a glass of wine while Watching the Dolphins, Pelicans and Beach goers from the Large Deck, Fresh Linens, Blankets, quilts, covers and towels provided and All Surfaces, handles, knobs, anything touched cleaned before each stay. NOTE: The building / Unit will be accessed for bug spraying on March 9th, June 8th, July 13th, August 10th, September 14th and December 14th. If your stay is during any of these Dates you must let them into the Unit. This is a Mandatory spray of all units which keeps the bugs away. We want to ensure everyone has a pleasant Stay without any unwanted unexpected Visitors. The spray is non harmful and safe for children. It will take less than 3 minutes and they will only be spraying near the perimeter and doors. We appreciate your cooperation.

We have loved our time in this beautiful Carolina Beach condo! It’s clean, beautifully decorated, stocked well with essentials and then some. The view is absolutely stunning! The host has been great to respond to our questions. We definitely want to stay here again!

This was not our best vrbo experience. The view and distance to the beach were excellent. The pool was nice but was not cleaned once during our entire stay. The unit was ok but was not real clean and had a musty smell. The bathroom was very small and very outdated. What really upset us was there was very noisy deck construction going on including workers just entering our unit at will. We were at the pool and looked up to see someone on our deck. They said we should have been notified by the unit owner but we were not. This place has the potential to be very nice but really needs some updating and work.

While the deck project was being completed by the condominium association and advance notice was provided before arrival, we understand that construction activity can still be disappointing during a beach vacation. We appreciate your comments regarding the unit and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your thoughts. This version acknowledges their experience without arguing about the odor claim or sounding defensive about the construction notice. Future guests will generally view this type of response more favorably.

Booked this for a weekend trip and it was exactly what we needed. Beautiful view of the water and easy access to the beach. Also not far at all from some great restaurants. Will definitely look forward to coming back here.

Excellent location, with an ocean view, and short walk across the dune to the beach. Everything was clean and usable. Swimming in the ocean and in the pool was enjoyable. The host was instantly available by phone or text. Parking was close to the condo. There were fewer free toiletry and household items than I have been accustomed to with previous vacation rentals. Bring your own coffee, bath soap, detergent and trash bags.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beach front!! It was perfect for our family of 3. The pool was a great addition to enjoy too. The house was clean and had all needs included. Parking was very convenient and they left clear instructions and warnings about the towing. In all this is a gem and we will be returning!

Our stay was wonderful! The views were beautiful and the rooms were exactly as pictured. The only suggestion that we have is black out curtains for the bedroom but other than that it was a perfect week for us to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary!! We will be back!! Thank you!

We Purchased the home when we lived in Raleigh. It was our little Piece of Paradise and we love being able to share it with others. We feel it has a better view than almost any restaurant in town. We love to sit on our deck with our coffee, eat dinner or have a glass a wine.

Sea Colony is one of our favorite places in Carolina Beach because it offers the perfect mix of oceanfront relaxation and walkable beach-town fun. We love the larger decks, oversized glass sliding doors, peaceful ocean views, and the sound of the waves right outside. The condo overlooks the tiki bar area and is just steps from the beach, with the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and local attractions within an easy walk down the shoreline. It is peaceful, convenient, and exactly what we love about a Carolina Beach getaway.
