Beautiful views and condo!

My daughter and I stayed here for a short vacation. We stayed 4 nights. James, property manager, was wonderful. He was very responsive to any questions. We were even offered to stay an extra night since it wasn't booked and he gave us a discount on that day. The condo was exactly what they advertised. Very clean, fully loaded kitchen, and right on the ocean. We could not have asked for better views. This was the first time we went to this beach and we will definitely book this condo again next year. The beach was beautiful and the sand was very soft. We went in May (before Memorial Day) and it was very peaceful and relaxing. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I highly recommend renting this unit out. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful condo great views and location

Great stay wonderful ocean views, very clean. Close to ferry to go to Southport. The place was very convenient to everything. We enjoyed being at the end of isle not as busy on the beach. James has great communication and goes above and beyond for his guest. 5 stars all the way around

Lovely location on quiet beach

We have stayed at this property before but a different unit. The condo was accurately described in the listing and very clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked with what we needed, and the living area was spacious and comfortable. The bedding on the king bed was fluffy and relaxing, and the kiddos enjoyed the bunk beds. Would recommend.

Perfectly Peaceful! Everything you need...

Lovely home. Super clean (germ freak here so that's really important). Highest communication EVER with any owner/property manager on VRBO. Most well-stocked home with kitchen supplies, towels, hand soap, and paper goods.Ultra comfy King bed and pillows. Perfectly peaceful getaway! So quiet and right on the ocean. And ya'll, the beach in NC? Even the predicted rain days turned out to be sunny and 64. It was so warm in the sun that I actually got sunburnt! Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

Great place towards the end of Kure

Perfect place to stay at the end of the residential portion of Kure beach. Not a whole lot of beach front to work with, as the tides come up to the front of the forward condos, but still a great view. The condo is great! Beautifully decorated, comfy bed, and well equipped with everything you need. Very easy check in. Great communication!

Great Girl’s Getaway!

Myself, sister and mom stayed here for a long weekend/girls trip. It was amazing! The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be convenient to dining spots. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was a perfect start to the day. We walked on the beach and found some nice shells and a few sharks teeth. The condo itself was spotless! It had everything we needed and no detail was overlooked!

So close to the beach!!

Had a great stay. Condo had everything we needed even had paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and laundry supplies. Nice pool.

Great condo for a mother-daughter beach trip

I stayed at the condo with my 10-year-old daughter as a little mother-daughter getaway. We loved that the property was the last property on Kure Beach and walkable to the Fort Fisher area. It was peaceful and we loved hearing the ocean waves as we fell asleep. The beach walks were great too. We visited the NC Aquarium and the Carolina Beach boardwalk while we were in town too. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. It was decorated very well. The pool was great too. We enjoyed breakfast on the condo's patio. Overall, it was a wonderful trip for us!

Clean and Well Maintained

Riggings E3 was the perfect choice for our stay at Kure Beach. The condo was super clean and well organized with numerous amenities that typically in other places we would go out and purchase on arrival or bring with us. The location being at the end of the beach line bordering Fort Fisher worked out well for us in that it wasn't crowded on the beach and there were plenty of shells to pick when the tide came in. We enjoyed jogging in the mornings and evening walks up the boulevard (1.7 miles) to the restaurants. I want to thank the host for the attention to detail with the condo. We vacation every year and this was the best we've ever stayed in.

Wonderful time in this beautiful condo

This condo is beautifully furnished/decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds. It's also super clean. Our girls loved the bunkbeds. The view and location is amazing. The owners supply everything you need as well as awesome recommendations, which we took advantage of(including a viewing of the SpaceX rocket). Enjoyed a book left by owner by the beach and the pool. Very relaxing, it's like your own secluded part of the beach. Quiet area close to the aquarium and Ft. Fisher which were added perks. Can't wait to come back next year:)

Exceptional!

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay. The property was just right for me and my wife. The view of the ocean was great. We were able to walk to Fort Fisher State Park. The Coquina Outcrop was fascinating. The host was very accessible and answered our questions very quickly. We have already discussed coming back to this property next year. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at the beach.

Great condo and location

Condo was exceptionally clean and well-organized. Very comfortable king size bed. Wonderful oceanfront view. Check in was seamless. Host provided great recommendations of places to eat and things to do if you’re new to the area.

Spring Break 2024

My husband and I brought our youngest daughter to Kure Beach for her senior year spring break. The goal was to have quality time with her before she graduates and heads to college. She wanted a beach vacation and we wanted to avoid the typical spring break vibe and chaos of other destinations. We also wanted to rest and recharge. Kure Beach ended up being a great choice and the accommodations made our stay better than we could have imagined. The condo was bright, clean and quiet. When we weren't on the beach or exploring the area, we were enjoying coffee and meals on the balcony. Access to the beach was easy and close. Also access to the ferry and historical sites was very convenient. The condo had everything we needed to make it our home away from home during our stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable and clean. Also, having laundry facilities on site was very convenient. We wouldn't change anything about our stay or accommodations. Kure Beach is definitely a place we see ourselves revisiting. Thank you!

Perfect Condo

Can't say enough about this condo! The location was great-the proximity to the water and the beach, as well as the Fort made this the ideal location! The view was spectacular! The condo was spotless and very well equipped with everything you could need! James was the perfect host, providing detailed check-in/out info as well as his personal recommendations for activities and dining in the area! We will definitely book this again!

Hello, I am James. After running a business in Raleigh NC for 20 years, I decided to sell my business and become a full time host. This was my second home at Kure Beach for many years and I just loved providing vacation rentals for my wonderful guests. I have since expanded my business and own three condos in Kure Beach, one condo in Carolina Beach, one cottage at Badin Lake and one home in West Jefferson in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I strive to provide rentals that are above and beyond what people expect to have in a rental and wouldn't rent anything to our guests that I wouldn't enjoy staying in myself.

We are fully stocked with all the necessities, allowing you to just bring clothes and toiletries. This property sits at the end of the island, so the beach is very quiet. If you are looking for a relaxing beach, this is it! If you want to see a crowd, drive a couple miles up the road to Kure Beach public access and you will have it. We are right next to Fort Fisher, where you have lots of walking trails, sidewalks with amazing views of either the ocean or the Cape Fear River. Kure Beach pier is just a 3 minute drive or a long walk down the beach. Carolina Beach is about a 10 minute drive and there you can access the boardwalk with all the shops, restaurants, carnival and fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. What can be better?!
