For small group booking discount, please inquire prior to booking. Welcome to our home in the Poconos! Our beautiful home is located in a quiet wooded setting, secluded from neighboring homes on a 21 acre lot with easy check-in/check-out is currently available for bookings.

Our home easily accommodates large families and can comfortably sleep 10 and features:
An 11 person Home Theater equipped with reclining leather theater style seats. There is a 75” ultra HD TV with Bose surround sound. We have an additional HDMI hookup for your personal gaming devices;
A game room with an 8-foot pool table, professional foosball table, full sized Arcade machine with thousands of arcade classics as well as a Karaoke machine, chess board and various card and board games; newly added Megatouch game (for ADULTS only)

A 6 person Jacuzzi;
Newly installed spa steam shower in the primary bathroom;
An outdoor fire pit;
Flat screen Roku SmartTVs in every bedroom and throughout the home;
A business center with printer;
BBQ gas grill;
A high ceiling living room with a 65” Roku SmartTV with Bose sound bar;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Central air and ceiling fans in every bedroom;
High speed Internet;
An oversized hammock;
Washer & dryer, iron and ironing board;
Basement and outdoor Bluetooth surround stereo system;
A full sized wakeboard available to take to the lake; and
There is parking for 6+ cars as well as parking for your boat or jet-skis trailer in our driveway; guests will not have access to the garage. There is front door access and downstairs walkout access.

Ring camera at front door and outdoor camera surveillance for extra security.

There is so much to do in the Poconos. We are a few minute drive to Lake Wallenpaupack where you can launch or rent jet-skis, powerboats, and all other types of watercrafts.

Il Sogno was everything we hoped for and more! Maria was very quick to respond to our questions and was so helpful in both her check-in and check-out information. The house itself was spectacular with a gourmet kitchen that had literally everything we needed for our family's Thanksgiving dinner. The game room and theater were big hits with our boys and the hot tub was squeaky clean and so cozy when the snow fell. We highly recommend Il Sogno and will definitely return in the very near future!

Great House for Families

We had a great stay, the house was clean and very organized. There is an excellent game room and home theater that kept our kids occupied throughout our trip. We had planned to visit a local place to Ski but the kids enjoyed the game room so much that we changed our plans. Owner's made the stay very easy, they helped coordinate our arrival and made the use of all the amenities very easy to understand. Also, the owners were available and easy to reach when we had any questions regarding the property. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, amazing amenities, so much fun

Our family had a great time exploring the house for a few days. We loved playing the many games downstairs (there were so many more than we could get to) and watching movies in the theater. The hot tub was great too, and the deck had a beautiful view of the woods. Everything was perfectly clean, easy to find and use, and comfortable. Maria was also extremely hospitable and responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious home!

This house exceeded our expectations from the very beginning! There was so much space and everything you needed (especially in the kitchen). The bathrooms were updated & luxurious and the basement entertained our family (4 couples altogether) every night of the week. We had an absolute blast with memories to last a lifetime. This was all of our first times to that area and we were all very happy with the location of the house in proximity to everything we did and needed. So close to Lake Wallenpaupack and also close to grocery stores, restaurants, cvs, ice cream, etc! The host provided an amazing brochure with so much information of things to do with the mileage and direct links and she was very easy to communicate with. This house is truly an oasis and we would, for sure, rent again!

Winter Friends Retreat

Myself and some friends from college with spouses and two kids stayed here for a long weekend. The house was absolutely perfect, everything was found clean and organized, the kitchen was very well stocked, and there were endless activities available at the house to entertain everyone. The owner was great, communicated throughout the trip and responded to any questions or issues immediately. We would definitely stay here again! For the local area. We went to the two breweries in Hawley, Wallenpaupack Brewing and Hopping Eagle, the former also has food. We also went to 3 Hammers Winery. All three were very good. On the way there we stopped at Kalahari for the kids and another couple stopped at Ski Big Bear for skiing. We tried Honesdale but was underwhelmed. (Trip was in the winter months)

Perfect for smaller groups

This property just appeared on our search for a last minute place to get away for a holiday weekend for 6 of us. We ended up being the first to stay at this home, and we were more than pleased with the accommodations. The owners Maria and Vince were very attentive to anything we needed and were only a number away. There home is freshly updated in the kitchens and baths. The bedrooms are a great size and beds very comfortable. The down stairs is the best place for hanging out. The bar area, karaoke, billiards, game system, and of course the incredible theater. Once we ventured outside the 2 levels of deck are great spaces and the lower having the hot tub was our favorite spot. Its very close to a boat ramp at the lake and the driveway is definitely large enough for a trailer. Overall our group had a fantastic weekend and will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of staying in Maria & Vince's lovely home in August. We knew we were someplace special when we arrived to find a family of deer in the yard! It only got better from there - pictures of home are amazing, but it was even better in person - rooms were large and spacious, beautifully decorated with top quality furniture/appliances. Perfect place to reconnect with family and relax, from morning coffees on deck, enjoying large yard and surrounding nature, playing games and movie nights - highly recommend! Thanks again Maria and Vince for sharing your beautiful home

Couldn't have asked for a better Home for the Holidays

House was better than expected. Fully stocked kitchen as in every single pot/pan/dish/glass/gadget/tools and even coffee k-cups, salt, pepper, lots of seasonings and oil/vinegar. Came in handy for our family Thanksgiving we celebrated while staying here, especially the 2 ovens. The upstairs loft was great for our teen to have her own space and bedroom (just keep in mind no bathroom up there). The downstairs Master was beautiful, spacious and had a top of the line bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms were comfortable (1 with a Queen and 1 with a Full) shared a nice hall bath (not a lot of storage for 4 adults and a teenager sharing it). Fortunately there's an amazing basement full bath if you don't mind the walk downstairs as well as a 1/2 bath in the laundry room area on the other side of the kitchen. The wood burning fireplace in the Living Room was where we spent a lot of our time playing games and hanging out. The Hot tub was perfect and very spacious, easy to use and not too far of a run on a chilly night. The firepit was further than I thought but very well set up. The outside decks were well furnished but with the colder temps when we were there we didn't get to use. The BEST part was the amazing basement, better than described, WOW! The movie room is the the best, so comfortable. The bar area has a slushie machine, popcorn machine, fridge/freezer, more glassware, shakers, counter ice maker and so much more. There's a pool table, air hockey table, karaoke machine, a card playing area and loads of vintage arcade games/pinball machines and more. Perfect to keep the whole family entertained. You can tell the house is well cared for and nicely decorated. Location is so close to the lake and downtown Hawley only about 5 minutes or so although you'll never actually need to leave the house!

Great house!

House is completely as advertised with a responsive and friendly host. We had a great time utilizing all of the fun amenities and the location was so close to grocery stores, pizza places and Dunkin! We had the perfect stay for our group of 10.

Wonderful New Years getaway

This property has everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway. Clean, supplied and beautiful house. Everything we needed was there from kitchen equipment and basics to full (and fun) game room. Movie theatre was perfect to watch the ball drop and ring in the new year

Perfect Getaway

The property was amazing for a fall family getaway. It was very well stocked throughout with more appliances than we could use and starter items (paper towels, toilet paper, detergents) as well, which was beyond our expectations. It’s a beautiful home, and obviously well thought out from the layout and amenities to the signage and labeling too. We enjoyed the use of the fire pit, movie theater and hot tub, with the game room being a hit for our entire family. We would highly recommend the location and would definitely consider returning. Maria was very attentive from beginning to end, and we greatly appreciate the hospitality shown to us .

Lovely, well kept home with awesome kitchen.

We had a great time using this house as our base of operations. Much sight-seeing and hiking. Being foodies, we made many of our dinners at home. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use, as well as the BBQ grill.

Amazing family vacation

We had such a great time at Maria’s home . Their place is beautiful , and so well cared for . Super clean and tidy which was important to us . It was so nice to relax on their back deck , take a dip in the hot tub . It was the perfect house for our family and extended family . Thank you Maria and Vince for allowing our family to escape to your home!

Amazing!!

The house is absolutely amazing!! There was a group of 10 of us for our annual girls weekend. The house was so clean and everything was perfect. So many little extras throughout the entire house. Maria was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. The was something for everyone from just sitting on one of the 2 deck areas to singing Karaoke or watching a movie in the theatre. I definitely plan on returning!

Amazing property.

This was one of our favorite family vacations. A large part of that was because of this amazing property we were able to stay at. The house was very clean and had so many things to do to entertain ourselves, we could easily spend a day just being there and enjoying all the amenities. It was close enough to so many of the attractions we wanted to try and that made it easy for us to plan out a fantastic week. Maria was incredibly easy to connect with and was an outstanding host. During our past vacations, we’ve always stayed in hotels. This was our first time staying in a house. We’re hooked and it’s certainly because of this wonderful location. Now if we stay in a house anywhere else, the bar has been set incredibly high for our expectations. We absolutely loved this property and would recommend it to anyone headed to the Poconos. We’ll certainly be looking to return there ourselves on future trips. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful week.

This House is Beautiful

AMAZING! From the bedrooms to the backyard, EVERYTHING was incredible. Nothing but open space. Acre after acre. My family and friends love love loved this place. Theater room, Arcade, pool table HOT TUB... Doesn’t get any better than this. An amazing place for a getaway. Truly beautiful atmosphere. The owner responds immediately when needed and allows the utmost privacy. WOULD DEFINITELY LOVE TO RENT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.. Do yourself a favor and book this place NOW!!!!!!!!!

Amazing

I rent a house in the poconos a couple of times a year for last 15 years never saw anything like this house, beautiful clean and well taking care of. The owners r the most generous and welcoming people, they took care of us. The basement of the house is something amazing for all ages. I recommend this property over any other ones on this website.

The Pocono Dream

We spent a magical week with dear friends for my birthday and it was an absolute treat to experience this house! Maria and Vince were so helpful and truly accommodating in every way. We never stopped cooking, shared many bonfires, and loved ending the night with some pool games and a movie. Did I mention the friendly deer, Lolita, who visited us every day?! This dream home is a perfect balance of nature and luxury comforts. A spectacular getaway with genuinely thoughtful hosts – what a treat! Hope to be back soon.
