• Our community rules allow no more than 3 adults who are unrelated or don’t live in the same household. Extended family (like cousins, in-laws, etc.) is totally fine!
• Access to "The Hideout" is made initially through the Front Main Gate where all registered cars will receive a visitors tag. This allows for full access to gates throughout your stay (except for the members only Stockfarm Rd gate).
• Parking is free and plentiful at all of the amenities throughout the hideout.
• While enjoying the neighboring communities there is ample public parking on the street for a nominal coin operated fee or private off street parking at establishments.
• Our property is located in a gated, private community with its own security and rental requirements. The community mandates that information for all guests and vehicles be provided at the time of reservation. Failure to submit the necessary information and/or complete the rental form on time will result in a $100 late registration fee.
• All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• A maximum of 6 vehicles is allowed per rental group.
• The community has speed cameras, so please adhere to the 25 mph speed limit to avoid steep fines. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred.
• Bookings made less than 3 days before check-in are subject to a $100 late registration fee.
• Security cameras monitor the perimeter of the property.
