Great stay for 2 couples! Condo was clean, great community, great location, great communication with the host. We used the community swimming pool and hottub a few times, which was wonderful in the heat!

Lovely spot, quick drive or short walk to El Paseo with shops and restaurants. Great communication and easy access to swimmers pool, and green grass to walk your pup.

Wonderful stay... I had a great stay at this property. The patio was easily my favorite feature — peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing any time of day. The whole place felt quiet and convenient, making it really easy to unwind and enjoy the area. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made the entire experience even smoother. Everything was clean, well‑kept, and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle‑free getaway.

The Spectrum TV system didn’t work properly on any of the three TVs. We spent hours on the phone with Spectrum and they finally sent out a technician to fix them. There were NO instructions on how to set the thermostat or how to use any of the appliances. I called the owner twice about the TVs and appliances and she didn’t know anything. I had to call Samsung to find out how to reset the washing machine to get it to work. It was very frustrating and stressful! Also, no kitchen table and very limited seating in living room.

Dear renter, everything in the house was in a properly working order. Your inability to use TV, washing machine and NEST AC thermostat is unfortunate. I've done my best to explain what I could over the phone. In so many years conducting the Vacational Rental business, I've never had an issue with my tenants needing instructions on the use of the basic appliances. All the best!
