Welcome to Sunset on Seven, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit townhome located in the exclusive Fairways neighborhood of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Overlooking the 7th hole of the Links Golf Course, this beautifully updated home offers serene bay views, a large private deck, and access to pools, golf, and beach adventures. Includes a 6-passenger golf cart for exploring the resort in style.

Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

This is our new favorite property in Sandestin! It was quiet, clean and very well furnished. Great outside seating and a very nice view of the 7th hole green and the bay.

All amenities were functional, and the house showed evidence of being well maintained and clean. The home is in a beautiful area, with golf course views, and the bay in the distance. Staying here provided us easy access to the BayTown and Grand Blvd areas, and having our own golf cart for transportation was icing on the cake.

Perfect Place

We loved this place for our spring break trip this year. The condo is beautiful! Very clean and spacious. Grill and kitchen were well equipped. Decor was very well done! We love the Sandestin resort and will definitely try to stay at this condo for future trips.

Great Location

The townhouse was very clean and spacious. The furnishings were lovely and the beds comfortable. We loved the deck area. It is shaded by pine trees and looks out over the golf course to the bay. Fairways is a very quiet community that is our favorite. We enjoyed the golf cart and drove it all over the resort and over to the beach.

Would stay again!

Everything about this house was amazing, except for one thing- the upstairs bathtub in the room with double beds. The door on the tub needs redesigned, as it is impossible to bath kids in and is also the coldest shower I’ve ever been in. The shower the fills with cold outside air. Other than the tub the house was great! Judy was so helpful with my 100 questions before the trip! Would recommend to any one. Thanks for a great getaway.

Wonderful Townhome

We cannot say enough about this property. The Owner took special care during their remodel to ensure that this property is deserving of a five star rating. If it is available, book it. You will enjoy it as much as my family enjoyed our stay. The six seat golf cart was a wonderful convenience to allow a family of six to get a round and ensure that no one was left without transportation around the expansive resort area. We are already considering our return after only having left one day ago. The Property managers kept us well informed and were responsive. Five Stars

Top Notch Townhouse- Super Clean & Beautiful!!!

The townhouse is even more beautiful in person versus the pics (and those are great!) We were wowed by Sunset on 7. It was super clean and that’s really important to us- especially with food allergies in our group. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The golf cart was amazing and we only left the resort once. We were able to go on the golf cart to: the beach, Publix and the Grand Boulevard shops, and Baytown Wharf. You can use it to go to the pool, too. We didn’t make it to the pool. I definitely recommend Sunset on 7. Don’t hesitate to book. You won’t regret it. We just left today and I’m ready to come back already!!!!

Sandestin vacay

Our stay at Sandestin Fairways was better than we expected! The resort is AWESOME! The realty company that handled the check in was GREAT! Anytime I had a question, they were quick to response and so kind! The golf cart that comes with the rental was a great way to get around the resort and you would never have to leave there if you didn't want to. The house was very clean, nestled under some beautiful shady Pine trees. There was plenty of room for me and my family and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The weather was not the best but we played Clue and Monopoly that was there at the house and we made the best of the time we had. Our house sat at one of the holes on the golf course and it was fun watching the golfers playing from time to time. We enjoyed the relaxation of the neighborhood and the resort and felt very safe with it being a gated community. We will certainly be back!!

Great rental!

This was a great property and location. Everything was clean, and cozy! The property manager reached out to remind me to sign golf cart waiver (crisis averted!). Having the golf cart was a great feature and we used it to travel all over the property. A few considerations (but doesn’t effect my rating): the patio furniture could use some love, it’s super dated and a tad rough. There’s very little that stays at the property, we had to purchase everything from salt and pepper to paper towels and had to throw a lot of stuff in the garbage our last day. I personally thought the mattress in the master was firm as a board, and felt it all week, but the husband and kid liked it. I would not recommend going to the Sandestin Beach area, it’s really crowded. We drove down to Henderson Beach State park and it was perfect!

Nice place

The townhouse and owners were wonderful! Very spacious, clean, beautiful, and no issues with anything not working. The refrigerator actually had went out prior to our arrival, but they had it replaced before/while we were getting there. While that was not ideal, I was not upset at all because things happen, and appliances break at inconvenient times, and they made sure it was fixed for our stay! I was concerned we wouldn’t be allowed on site per our arrival time agreement due to this delay, but the owner left it up to us and allowed us to. With small kids, this was appreciated since we had traveled for so long. My only true complaint was that there was only one parking space available to our townhouse and we had to find parking elsewhere. This wasn’t listed in any of the descriptions or specifications, and this was a first for us. We didn’t find out until 3-4 days prior to our departure. We had to take 2 vehicles and had to figure out somewhere else to park and then go pick up each other with the golf cart. It worked and we still enjoyed our visit with no incidents, but maybe place it in the description for people ahead of time!!!! Otherwise the overall experience was great! The little community was beautiful and clean, along with the townhouse.

This time we brought along my dad and he LOVED the townhouse! We’ve never returned to a vacation rental until Sunset on 7. As soon as I walked in, I said, “I’m home!” We had my parents, our daughter, and us and we had tons of room in the townhouse. Plenty of space to spread out. Our teen daughter simply loved her gigantic room and en-suite. Judy was on top of things and was great with keeping in touch with me. Amazing service!The townhouse is super clean. The decor is perfect. The golf cart is such a fun addition to the stay. We love everything about Sunset on 7 and will be back!
